About this apartment rental
Casa Patrizia is a comfortable and cozy apartment for a short stay in Pisa. Convenient for hospital assistance, as in a few minutes on foot you can reach the Cisanello hospital, but also well located for a nice holiday in Tuscany; near the entrance of the super road to reach Florence, Siena, Livorno, and in 30 minutes you arrive in Lucca. In the historic center, with its fascinating Lungarni and many trattorias you can arrive in 20 minutes on foot, or in a few minutes by bus. The apartment of about 45 square meters has just been renovated and newly furnished, very bright and welcoming, it is on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen and a complete bathroom. is equipped with everything that can be used for a comfortable stay, has the washing machine and the necessary for the spread, dishwashing cloth and tablecloth. A parking space is available in the quiet courtyard at the back. The hospital of Cisanello is 800 meters away and at 500 meters there is the Esselunga shopping center with various shops and services including bank and pharmacy. In front of the house there is a quiet restaurant / pizzeria bar, very convenient for a breakfast or an evening and also to take a pizza and eat it comfortably and warm at home!Below the house there is a bus stop, crossing the road at 80 meters another and at 700 meters near the shopping center the LAM stops. at about 2 km there is the entrance to the FI / PI / LI highway.
In just a few minutes you can walk to the hospital, the station and the historic center in 20 minutes, and in a moment you can set off for a trip outside the other beautiful Tuscan cities and towns.

Patricia was an amazing host. This was, by far, the best place we stayed in throughout our two week vacation. Comfortable beds, clean, and very close to the city busses. I just wish we could have stayed here the whole time (but we were in different cites prior to Pisa).

L’appartement est proche de l’aéroport (10 min) et en dehors de la ZTL (zone à trafic limité). Cette ZTL vous empêche d’aller dans le centre de Pise. Préférez les transports en commun sous peine d’amende salée (les caméras sont partout).
L’appartement est fonctionnel. La chambre est équipée d’une clim. appréciable. J’ai regretté de ne pas avoir de balcon ou un coin de terrain où poser une table.
En face il y a un bar + restaurant qui propose des bonnes pastas et pizzas.
La propriétaire est très serviable et répond à toutes vos questions rapidement.

Wspaniale mieszkanie, wszystko co potrzeba do codziennego funkcjonowania. Żelazko, suszarka, pralka. Jak w normalnym domu. Bardzo wygodne. Bardzo dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy w pobliżu. Niedaleko lotniska, dobrze skomunikowane. Lekki hałas od drogi, ale nie był to dla nas problem. Bardzo miła obsługa, pomocna! Polecam!

We liked the app. very much, even though it could do with a living-room / arm chairs to relax in. Being near a main " A Road" (To motorway) there was a constant rumbling of traffic ( This can be overcome by closing the shutters and using air con.) Matteo & Patrizia gave us a very warm welcome. Very good bus services to town (Forget about the car!) Also good shopping centre at 1/3 mile.
