About this apartment rental

Delightful apartment in the heart of the city, ideal for both short and long stays. Attention to detail, it offers all the comforts of proximity to the main attractions of the place and the beauty of an environment that combines ancient and modern with its exposed beams and the typical ancient Tuscan floors. On the second and last floor without elevator, you will be welcomed in an open space with kitchenette and sofa bed; a wrought iron staircase will lead you to the double bedroom and the bathroom.

This property is in need of some love. There are several things that need looking at. The outer door doesn’t work, as in it doesn’t lock. The furniture is old and dirty. We didn’t sit on the couch or a chair so bad there is a blanket draped on it to hide the dirt. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The floor was dirty with loose tiles. Not a place we can recommend.

Comfortable apartment close to the University and the city's major attractions with amenities and comfort for a short or long stay. We enjoyed the markets and restaurants within walking distance and the vibe of the area. Check-in was easy but there are no clear markings or numbers to show this apartment, which sits at the very top of the stairs in the building. Also, we would have appreciated a person to orient us to the neighborhood or a detailed map to show the way to markets and restaurants; we didn't find the best market for food and wine until the day before we left. There is Wi-Fi but during the day, using internet is very difficult. We had to go to a restaurant to connect to get our train tickets to Naples, which caused some stress. Had we been aware of the poor internet, we would have booked the train and taken care of other business before we got to Pisa. This apartment would be great for people visiting the university or students at the university. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay at this apartment again.
