Once you’re in the apartment it is perfectly pleasant, but we found the building and the location too intimidating.

It was clean and well laid out.

The location. Close to railway station with a lot of intimidating people hanging around. The apartment is right at the end of a dimly lit corridor. We didn’t like the building at all. The ‘free’ parking was too complicated. We paid for it ourselves.

Heart of Tours

The property looks exactly like the photos and as described. It's centrally located and within walking distance to Tours town centre (5 mins to hôtel de ville, 10-15mins to old Tours). Good sized balcony for breakfast in the sun ... and for drying laundry (we were lucky with the weather). Access to the nearby parking garage was super convenient.

After a long day on the road we were in a bit of a shock to find no hot water for a shower before bed :-( It seems that hot water was only available in the morning.

Well equipped and great value apartment in excellent position in the centre of Tours.

Location is excellent, particularly if you arrive by train. Accessing the keys and apartment is a little complex but owners provide very clear instructions making it easy. Balcony a bonus and plenty of extra touches.

Although a fan is provided, there is no air-conditioning. This would only be a problem in the warmest months.

Very good

We made planned day trips from Tours to various chateaus via the train, so the location of the apartment, literally a one-minute walk from the station, could not be beat. The apartment itself was spacious and included a microwave and a washing machine, both of which we made use of. Access to the apartment was easy, with a large elevator and a front door that opened via Bluetooth technology.

here were only two towels provided for the entire stay. No soap in and for the shower. The dishes, cups and cutlery in the kitchen were filthy when we arrived and we had to wash everything ourselves before using them. The apartment itself was not very clean. This may be because the owners expect the guests themselves to do the cleaning. There was a sign on the door with checkout instructions, indicating that the departing guests should vacuum or sweep, wipe counters, etc., because the owners didn't charge a cleaning fee. Cost of cleaning the apartment should be included in the rent. It should not be up to the guests to cover necessary costs of renting out the apartment. We left the apartment as clean as we found it and left the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery much cleaner than we found them. But if the owners don't hire a cleaning crew between rentals, and instead expect the guests to do their own cleaning, this may explain the general lack of cleanliness.

We had lovely long weekend!

The location is really superb! Tours Central train station and Tram stop are less than a minute's walk. So it is easy to get to the apartment from and to the Tours airport by Tram. It is very convenient to visit Chateaux de la Loire traveling by train. The town center with various nice restaurants, as well as supermarkets and shopping centers, are within walking distance. The apartment is small but nice and clean, there was everything we needed for three night's stay. Easy check-in and check-out.

A terrible smell in the hallway on the way to the apartment also enters the apartment, so you must keep the room's door closed.

Comfortable studio in center of Tours

Location in center of Tours was great for walking and accessing shopping, restaurants, parks. Parking was super easy and efficient. The garage was secure, clean and only 2-minute walk from apartment. Hosts were informative, super responsive and welcoming. Apartment was clean, had good bed linens and towels, and was quiet. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need to cook simple meals. It was obvious that the hosts thought about traveler's needs because we didn't lack anything. Most important, when we had questions, the hosts were immediately responsive and concerned that we had everything necessary for a wonderful stay.

Tiene muchas cosas buenas: - Cerca de la estación de tren - Parking 24 horas incluído a 3 minutos de la puerta del edificio - Cerca de la zona histórica - A 5 minutos de calles con bares y buenos restaurantes - El apartamento justo pero de sobra para lo que se necesita

La zona por fuera no parece la mas segura, pero la verdad es que estuvimos allí dos días y es solo la impresión. El proceso de entrada es un poco lioso pero la verdad es que el anfitrión nos ayudó mucho y no tuvimos ningún problema para acceder. La moqueta del distribuidor (fuera de la habitación) estaba bastante sucio.
