Star Ximen Hotel

Good location. Accomodating cleaner! Recommendable!

All in all, had a great experience in the hotel. The only downside is the elevator as it’s not for Star Ximen only. But it is located in accessible, touristy, and shopping area.

The room was spacious and clean. There was even an extra smaller bed. Relatively, cost lesser than other nearby accommodation, so this was a huge plus. The only issue I could think of was the CR did not have a lock on the door. Overall, for its reasonable price, very good!

The bedsheets, comforter, and pillowcases were not changed unless we specifically requested them to be changed. There was also visible dirt in the room, and the bedding felt somewhat **itchy and uncomfortable**. **Complimentary water , coffee/tea – Misleading information** The website says that complimentary water , coffee/tea is provided, but it is not unlimited as stated. We were given **one bottle,sachet per guest per day**. **Power outage – Major concern** On our last night, there was a power outage at around **2:00 AM**. The power went on and off approximately **4–5 times**, which seriously affected our sleep. Since the door locks and air-conditioning were electronic, they were also affected by the power interruptions. It was a very uncomfortable and concerning experience, especially in the middle of the night. **Overall:** The location and basic bathroom facilities were good, but the mold issue, housekeeping policy, front desk service, and especially the repeated power interruptions significantly affected our stay.
