Honeybee - 9th Floor Apartment with Balcony Views

The view from the balcony was great and also the location was really great too. They provide us with salt & pepper, cooking oil, Lots of cutlery, utensil, pots and pans, kettle, toaster. Plenty of pillows, cushions, blankets. Also there were lots of welcome white wine in the fridge and coffee, tea, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits.

The bathroom was a bit dark and dinghy, one of the tile on the bath could have been replace, the fan in the living room was dirty and dusty, and while we were there, the alarm sound all the time from the walk through after the lift, they said it would be fix the next day after I send the message but it didn't get fix. The local was very noisy, the sounds of motorcycles and because we were there during The World Cup so people were partying until about 2:30am!! So not suitable if you need quiet.

The office is right next door. I came by train so didn't use the parking. My apt was on 9th floor with view to Dolphin centre and views of 2 bodies of water, one each side. Very close to the Quay and Poole Museum(Excellent) is at end of st. On High st so all sorts of shops. About 10 min walk to bus stn. Also a bus that does a loop, very convenient,right outside door. Sainsbury's local is next door, bit expensive. Asda is not far away. Loads of supplies, dishwash liquid, laundry tabs, loads of cutlery and dishes plus implements, egg lifter, slotted spoon, whisk etc. Bottle of wine in fridge, lots of coffee, sugar, hot choc and chips to greet you. Vacuum, mop, airing horse in closet. Everything you need to live like at home. Lots of pillows, cushions on sofa and futon. Nice dining table. No air con. Balcony door opens for breeze. Windows in bedroom very high up and only open a few inches. Not much ventilation. There is a large mirror in the spacious hallway. Very clean, clean carpets. Big fridge and a separate freezer. Very quiet both in the building and on the street. Lots of seagulls passing by though. Very nice building. Wide stairs by elevator and another set of exit stairs

Just a few things that can't be changed. The lighting in the bathroom is not good. No cross ventilation. Cupboards very high up for me, I'm 5' 2". The security in the building is not perfect. The door was being propped open by someone with a bike. It would be better if a fob was needed to enter inside door as well and also for the elevator. The bathroom counters are wrong for that setting. They show every drop of water. Plenty of towels for bathroom but a few more for the kitchen would be good plus some dishcloths for doing dishes in the sink. The tiny sponge is useless for that purpose. Overall I found the property great

The apartment was immaculately clean and so very well equipped with everything you might need and more. Perfect position to the quay, harbour and town centre.

La ubicación y tener parking

No tiene que ver con este alojamiento que fue correcto, pero como Booking no contesta lo pongo por aquí. Reserve con Booking en Oxfort, me cobraron, y NO me enviaron la reserva. SIETE días detrás de booking, tanto por escrito, como por teléfono (siempre se pone una máquina), y NUNCA, NUNCA me contestaron (siempre me pedían el numero de reserva que es precisamente lo que no me enviaron nunca). Les pedí, por favor que me llamaran para al menos saber si tenia, o no tenia reserva, y tampoco. Resumiendo, te cobran, no te envían ninguna reserva, y cuando intentas contactar para aclarar, te pide la máquina el número de reserva. Más que Atención al Cliente, debería llamarse "tomadura de pelo al cliente"
