The location is handy for the Quay and town and parking is good. Good size flat on third floor.
No welcome pack, no fan or air conditioning. Difficult to use tv as no instructions. We did not use the cooker or dishwasher so cannot comment on those. Only one key given for flat which might be a problem for some. The flat is at the back of the building so the view from the balcony is of other peoples back gardens with a glimpse over the four storey high car park in front of Sandbanks a few miles away.

Parking included, everything we needed within the property - kitchen, shower, a base to stay for a few nights. Modern clean apartment with nice furnishings.
The views were not great in the property we stayed in. Some basic items as a welcome would add a nice little touch to the stay - hand soap, washing up liquid, tea/coffee, milk. The bathroom tiles, shower drain need attention when cleaning in between guests. The shower tray filled up very fast. A toilet brush is also needed. None of this would put us off staying again, more positives than negatives about this property. An enjoyable stay.

Good parking near Poole Quay and pubs and restaurants.
No welcome pack or instructions and only one key for apartment. Contact with owner not helpful.
