The apartment was much bigger and more spacious than we expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the self check-in and digital key system worked perfectly. The location is very good, with most attractions within walking distance and good public transport connections.
The apartment is located in El Raval, which may not be for everyone. We didn’t have any problems during our stay, but it’s worth researching the neighborhood before booking so you know what to expect.

Location was outstanding. Availability of staff through Whatsapp was helpful.
There were several problems: 1. We did not receive the codes (numbers). We only received a button that required wifi. We had to call for the codes. 2. Posting was misleading. The bed and the couch were in the same room with no divider. 3. Bathroom issues: insufficient toilet paper. We had to find a store and buy more. No ventilation. The shower head does not stay in place. 4. No place for luggage and no place to hang towels except one hook.
