La Guarida Suites

Location was great. I had some issues to check in the link was not working but fortunately AFTER a few failed attempts with one of your employees. (It was a lady dont recall her name) , then Ariel was more efficient with the process and walked me through the process and solved the issue with the link promptly. The place was well situated , in the heart of Barcelona.

The other guests where very loud , which woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night. The terrace was gorgeous, however the sofas where dirty... during the day it was pleasent but at night there was a few cockroachs crawling around. Which made the experience not so pleasant. The wi fi was often disconnecting . Quieter fans. The washroom deserved ventilation.

We enjoyed the location, which is right next to the gothic quarter. Moreover, the apartment was clean and stylishly decorated. The apartment worked well for a large group of people.

For a large group of people, it is good to know that i) there is only one bathroom (room with both shower and toilet), ii) there are two AC units to cool the entire apartment, which makes some areas quite hot, and iii) that several of the beds are in quirky locations (i.e., not all guests will have their own room), including bunk beds in the living room and behind a French door right next to a double-bed. All of this makes this apartment more ideal for laid-back, no-frills group of people.

Great location, fairly spacious and modern. Apartment was clean and communication with hosts was great. Also we reported a broken TV and they came to fix straight away which was much appreciated. Thanks

Limited facilities

Location was good, very central, the rooms were big and comfortable.

Was disappointed that my booking was for the deluxe which was supposed to be 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Ended up 3 double beds and 2 of our group had to share a bed instead of 2 singles. I sent a message but no reply. Also the photos of my suite showed a terrace, that didn’t come with our suite.
