About this apartment rental
The Los Angeles flat is located in the best neighbourhood of El Raval district, in Carrer del Pintor Fortuny right to the Ramblas, it`s the favourite of our guests!. With 120 sq mt2 available, the modern yet comfortable design in this flat along with the historic feel of the building will offer any and all a fabulous holiday.
Any photos capture the beauty of the intricate wood panelling on the ceiling, along with the fully restored wood framing around the doorways. The exceptional art deco flooring and lovely array of colouring on both the hanging prints and furniture along with the natural light from the street make this flat feel like home to those visiting Barcelona.
The modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and ample dining area are spacious enough to cook and serve a grand feast for all. Multiple guests will enjoy the space and privacy of a full bathroom with a stall shower, tub and toilet. For added convenience there is an additional toilet. Two lovely and decorative bedrooms with full beds offer cosy sleeping quarters for up to four people. Should you have more guests in your pack, there is a lounge space off of the main living area that can be easily converted into a bedroom with a double sofa bed.
This quiet and respectful building, located in the old city, is the perfect place for those who wish to enjoy their holiday in a serene manner. For the same we rent only at one Homeaway meber over 30 years old.
The flat is fully furnished, equipped with central heating and elevator. A private parking space for one car is available upon request.
Barcelona city taxes per adult over 17 years old it`s not include in the price and you should pay in cash and exact amount at check in. Like an extra craghe late and early arrival after 19:30 and before 11:00 a.m.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment. With its tall ornamental ceilings, old wooden doors and beautiful tiled floors it is quite charming and attractive. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and great location. Carlos the property manager was wonderfully communicative and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Fantastic apartment within walking distance to almost everything! Carlos, our host, was terrific, caring and helpful. The apartment is huge with 12 foot cielings, centrally located, and tiled floors that look like persian carpets. I would stay here again.
