Perfect little place to stay

Everything was exactly as advertised about the property. Great location one street back from the Main Street and restaurants. Very comfortable beds as both me and my son had 3 full nights sleep. Great value for money, parking just around the corner no more than 50 metres. Amazing communication with the owner Alex and so much great information about Bayeux. We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the apartment. Thanks for a great visit.

Great location right in the centre of town

There was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Other then that the apartement is said to be able to acommodate 6 people.. I can tell you that more than 3 adults would most definitely have been to much. 2 adults was fine though

Not the best

The property location is great but it’s not appropriate for family with small kids

The stairs were very scary for my two years old and 6 years old grandsons. The kitchen wasn’t big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together; the living/ sitting area on the second floor was extremely small and the bathroom there had a very strong smell, Very uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms upstairs had long white hair on the sheets ( sheets were dark ) so that made me question if the other bed sheets were even clean so I personally had to use some of the blankets I got in the plane on my bed to sleep on. I’m not sure if the property had AC, I asked the host about it but I didn’t get any response also the water heater was not working properly in the shower. I believe the property is okay for 3 adults just because of the seize of the beds but definitely not for 6 people or small children

Despite the water and Spiral staircase, our stay here was splendid.

This was a self-catering 2 Bed room Apartment, with free car parking space. The location was good and with friendly shops around.

I really do not like the Spiral Staircase in the Apartment. It is too small and very stip. I was so scared for my little boy of 4 yrs that he was going to fall on the staircase. Even Adult have to be very careful when using that stair way. Also, the water is so BAD. We can't drink straight from the water Tap or even boil the water for Tea, for the fear of LIMESCALE.

Please put a curtain up over the 2nd story window. People on the street can see directly into the bathroom. Let people know about the spiral staircase and the slanted bedroom ceiling. This is NOT an apartment for the handicapped or the elderly.

Very good

Has a lot of character, things were very new. Beds were comfortable and location is outstanding. It is a great space to start exploring the town. Everything is right there, also restaurants...excepts Sundays. Later hours at night, it is pleasantly quiet.

Almost impossible to carry any luggage up to second or even third floor. There was a warning about the stairs but only about young children or people with walking problems. No dish towel, probably just an oversight. The place is definitely not suitable for max 4,people, and there is not a comfortable seating area. Employees from restaurants across sit on front steps of house and smoke there regularly which is a problem with opening windows...along with food preparation smells, intense smells. That all eases up after restaurants close. Beware ground level is very cold in temps below 20 Celsius while top floors at 15 Celsius outdoors get rather warm for sleeping. Also, sleeping under a slanted roof is not for everybody. One person in our party kept hitting his head. Both bedrooms have comfy double beds, but one person has to slide in from bottom of bed under the low, slanted roof. Not easy if anybody might need to leave bed at night, crawling out like that. But as said, if you are only two people, one per room and bed and want to only sleep in this place, it is quite pleasant, and all has a very new feel to it.

Logement

La ville de Bayeux est très belle, le logement est très bien situé. Très belle région pour visiter les musées du débarquement ainsi que les plages. Le technicien était très sympathique et efficace.

Le logement était très exigu sur trois niveaux.Deux escaliers en colimaçon, absolument pas pratiques pour monter les bagages ainsi que la vaisselle si on veut prendre les repas à l'étage. Canapé avec des pieds cassés. Il a donc fallu appeler un numéro d'urgence et insister fortement pour qu'un technicien passe le premier soir. Ce numéro n'accepte que les textos, impossible de joindre quelqu'un. On me proposait sinon de mettre le matelas par terre ..... Incroyable ! Chambres très petites

Très propre et bien aménagé. Emplacement au top et très facile de se garer à coté.

Seul bémol pour certains : le logement est sur 2 étages avec un escalier à vis étroit. Il n’est pas fait pour des personnes qui ont des difficultés de mobilité
