Posizione ottima nel centro di Merano, a due passi da Terme, portici e mercatini di Natale.
Dalla splendida terrazza, vista mozzafiato a 360 gradi su montagne, Kurhaus e San Nicoló (duomo di Merano).
Bella la cucina con attrezzature moderne e penisola per far colazione godendo del panorama.
Sia per il check in che per il check out mi sono dovuto preoccupare personalmente di contattare la struttura perché nessuno/a mi ha dato info scrivendomi o chiamandomi.
Pulizia sommaria dell’appartamento (molta polvere sui pavimenti, capelli nei letti, nel forno e lavello tracce di residuo di cibo tipo briciole, lavatrice/asciugatrice sporca).
Purtroppo arredamento, così come attrezzature e dettagli come lampade o interruttori per illuminazione e tapparelle, danneggiate da inciviltà degli ospiti precedenti.
Riscaldamento pressoché spento il giorno dell’arrivo, con adeguamento della temperatura su richiesta diretta alla ragazza che gestisce l’appartamento (i comandi sono da remoto e li può cambiare solo il proprietario)
Premettendo che non è dí responsabilità dell’host, l’appartamento si trova al quinto piano di un palazzo attempato e l’ascensore arriva solo al quarto, inoltre il vicinato seppur silenzioso e rispettoso, cucina speziato provocando un forte olezzo nell’ingresso e nella prima camera da letto dell’appartamento (sebbene tutte le porte e finestre siano chiuse).

location can’t be beat and the views surrounding the property are just breath-taking. The facilities, furniture (bedding), appliances were really good quality! It was tough to leave and we’ll certainly make another visit.
Not much to be honest although it would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen.
This is no discrediting the accomodation but be mindful that there is very limited free parking in central Merano. There is only free parking opposite the central train station and your car will be towed away if it isn’t moved on Market days held there (and quite expensive).

Wundervolle Lage, wundervolle Terrasse, super netter und bemühter Ansprechpartner!
Die Böden im Apartment waren sehr tricky, vor allem die kleinen Schwellen, über die man stets gestolpert ist.
Hohe Unfallgefahr, vor allem bei älteren Menschen!
Die Lautstärke des Aufzuges stellt tatsächlich auch ein großes Ärgernis dar, man hört ihn im Ganzen Apartment.
