Location great,
Easy check in on arrival.
B&B has good facilities available.
Room very small.
Needs sheet on bed instead of duvet.
Needs long mirror in room.
Very noisy location with traffic, building works etc, nothing that could be helped by owners though

Optimal location, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and access to public transportation - train station, busses, and boats.
Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were spotless.
Good correspondence with host in regards to accessing the site.
Locks were safe and secure.

Common areas are very clean and it is a great location. Communication great with owners they respond quick. You can also store your luggage if you are arriving early or leaving late. Cute roof top patio.
This is not a true guesthouse as nobody is on site. Rooms have no ac and are super hot. I know Portugal doesn’t have ac a lot but my room was hotter than outside, I asked for a fan. Wifi did not work. Sheets were over worn in, pilled and pillows clumpy. I think the place has lots of potential but could do with a little more love and care. I would say it’s more a rooming house. Ok for a night but not comfortable for a longer stay.
