The studio was comfortable and well located in a residential area, close to amenities, transport links, and within walking distance of the historic town centre. The private terrace was spacious and even better than the photos. The shared kitchen was fully equipped, though I only used the microwave and washing machine.
The property was clean and quiet throughout my stay. Communication with the host was clear and straightforward, and although we never met in person, access to the property was smooth and hassle-free.
Nothing to complain about.

It was everything it said it was. A good bed, air conditioning that was effective, spacious bathroom, a large terrace with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers.
Relatively central - I could walk from the railway station; maybe 20 minutes. The walk to the marina, probably 15 minutes.
I would have liked more of an indication somewhere by the front door that the building of my apartment was, in fact, BellaVita. Unless, I missed something.
The instructions given by email to enter my apartment, were not as clear as they should be. All right, when I got to the 4th floor, I was told that the keypad with the keys to my apartment was by the door to my right. Well, it seemed as if the door with the key pad was to my left.
I did appreciate that there were two numbers to call if I needed. I didn’t need, but still it took me quite a while to figure things out.
And it wasn’t just me - two people knocked on my door wondering did I know where apartment number 6 was.

Loved the rooftop balcony with views over the city and spacious suite. It was lovely and clean. The location was great as we have stayed more central in Faro before but enjoyed the very short 10 min walk to the centre and found new non touristy places for food/shopping as a result.
A little maintenance and upgrading of the outdoor furniture would make a big difference.

Ot was a brief stay in Faro to get a connection.
Very nice room, spacious with own private bathroom. Not much noise ( which after a while is the main thing I look forward in a place. Really good value for money given it is tbe Easter holidays. Would recommend.
It was all worth the price I paid. Nothing negative to report.
