Overall we all enjoyed our stay

No breakfast. Close to the home of our transportation.

Dining room furniture heavy for the elderly. Shower small for large guests. Prior guests left "meat?" in microwave.

Good location, nice amount of space, and helpful letting agents

Location was good, near the broads and easy to find with a sat nav. The house itself has a lot to offer, good kitchen facilities, was very impressed with letting agent who was very helpful in getting a few little maintenance issues sorted out for us. Good Sized rooms, great water pressure in the showers.

The downside was the beds, unfortunately most of the single beds had struts missing off of them, and so it causes the mattresses to sink, which wasn't ideal when traveling with someone with Back problems, and also with a 7 year old. It would be helpful to have a set of written instructions at the property with tourist info, and property FAQ's too. Our other comment would be re accessibility - was that the sofa was very low down - which my Dad struggled with, and also might be helpful to have a stair rail on both sides. Would be helpful to have proper wardrobes in 2 of the single rooms, as otherwise you would have to share with the master bedroom or other double single room. But other than this, with a little TLC to the decor this property is well worth a visit.

Norfolk trip

Nice & big - good location - single beds were comfortable

Double bed was a bit hard on the back. Would have been nice to have had a few box games or books - especially for children. Also a book with details of local numbers for emergencies & some pamphlets on the area - no info about which bins to use for what rubbish - I.e recycling etc - different for all counties

It was ok!

We liked the size - it was good to have enough beds for everyone. The garden is also nice.

One of the beds is totally sunken, the kitchen is not properly equipped for a group. The tin opener didn’t work, there were no extra bin bags, no extra cleaning products, no extra toilet rolls. The cooking equipment when housing 6 or more people is not big enough, you’d need to cook over multiple pans. If it was fit for the people it sleeps, it would be fine. Salt and pepper would also help!

The property was as described and there was a small issue during stay but host responded immediately to a phone call outside office hours and kept us informed of a minor repair.

The house was well equiped, spacious for us 7 guys on a golfing weekend and exceptionally clean, superb all round.
