Waller House

House and rooms were spacious and with plenty of room for the 6 of us. There was enough space on the porch to park both our cars. Good facilities in the large and spacious kitchen. A sizable back garden for chilling in.

A bit far for visiting Norwich City centre without transport. No shower gel or soap provided. No air-conditioning or fans in the property - weather was very hot when we were there. Maintenance for the property could be improved - windows were stiff and hard to open and close. Cleaning of the toilet and shower in the en-suite bedroom was a bit slipshot (there was dirt on the rim of toilet bowl and hair on the wall of the shower cubicle.) The hook for hanging clothes in the main bathroom had a screw missing and could not be used. The iron we tried to use left streaks of dirt on the shirt we were ironing. Guess it's never been cleaned for ages. It was full of chalk when we tried flushing it. There were two big clocks hanging on walls but neither was working - just there for decoration??

Good size. Comfortable. The house stayed cool during heatwave. We had a health issue during our stay and the owner was incredibly supportive and very prompt at replying, even on a bank holiday. Thank you.

Five of us enjoyed the two days there with everything we needed. Thank you to our host for a very pleasant stay.

Dining room furniture heavy for the elderly. Shower small for large guests. Prior guests left "meat?" in microwave.
