The lounge area features large, comfortable sofas, providing the ideal spot to relax after a day out or enjoy a cosy movie night together.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, and electric cooktop, along with everything needed to prepare meals easily during your stay. Just off the main living space, the property also benefits from a separate dining area, featuring a large dining table with ample seating. This dedicated space is perfect for family meals, celebrations, or casual gatherings, allowing everyone to dine together comfortably.



Throughout the home, you’ll find a modern and well-maintained interior, designed to offer both comfort and practicality for larger groups. The bedrooms are large, bright, and spacious, giving guests plenty of room to relax and unwind. Other Things to Note:

•Please note that the fold-out bed is only deemed suitable for use by children.

• Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply)

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
