Overall was good but be sure to keep a close eye on your belongs.

The flat itself was excellent, everything was the same as the photos. Location is literally a step away from the shops,supermarkets and restaurants.

It was noisy at night, especially on Friday night, with drunkies screaming out on the street. Our baby’s buggy was stolen after we parked it behind the security gate. Take absolutely all belongings with you, it felt safer than it was. The building’s property manager offered no assistance or advice - the first response was that it wasn’t their responsibility, although we weren’t seeking to blame anyone.

Great location; very comfortable and secure. Great base from which to explore Norwich and Norfolk.

Fantastic location. Handy for buses, shops, pubs and tourist attractions.

One strange thing. The building seemed to shake slightly with the passing of heavy vehicles! Not a problem for us on a short stay, but it might get on your nerves if you lived there. Also, parking was quite a way off and expensive. But that`s only to be expected in a tight, historic city, so we were prepared.

Super clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s just as good, if not better than the pictures. It was right in the center of the old town so incredibly walkable, felt safe (locked entrance to the building), and was a short walk to the station. Tons of busses around as well. Fun view of the castle from the living room. Hosts were super responsive as well. Truly this place was so clean, it was a really excellent stay.

The door lock is quite tricky and explicit directions on how to lock and unlock it would be very useful for guests. The apartment would shake a bit when busses drove by, nothing major, but the first time this happened I was a bit shocked. Some variation in pillow thickness/softness would be great. But all small things for a great apartment.

Great apartment in fabulous location

Great apartment in fabulous central location with stunning view of Norwich Castle. Presented to a very high standard with lots of thought given to what residents might need. Felt very secure here. Management company very attentive and good communication.

Some street noise from people but mainly buses, We were asked not to open/close the large windows in the lounge room (awaiting repair) so it was hard to have as much control over noise and ventilation as we would have liked.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Norwich - will definetly stay again!

Great location overlooking the castle and right in the city centre. The apartment was lovely and spacious. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed including tea and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious with lots of storage. Both bathrooms were clean and some shower wash & shampoo were provided. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the city with the family For key collection, the GPS took us the wrong way but once we got there it was fine - a lovely lady showed us around the apartment and gave us the keys. We parked a 10/15min walk away at Rose Lane car park as it was the cheapest.

The living room really needs some blinds/curtains. This is not only for privacy reasons but also in the hot weather the sun heats the room so it becomes quite unbearable. There is a Dyson fan in there which is great but it's not enough when the weather is really hot. Would be better to be able to prevent it from heating up in the first place. One of the windows was also broken on our visit so it couldn't be opened. The rubber duck in the bathroom was a bit mouldy inside (as has a hole in the bottom) so I had to clean it out before letting my toddler play with it because she loved it as soon as she spotted it.

Lovely property, clean and fresh in a great location.

The location of the flat is perfect, close to shops and a short walk from the train station with a nice view of the Castle. It was spotless and well equipped. The Kitchen had everything you would need, good sized fridge and lots of equipment. The lounge is light and bright with dual aspect . Huge TV - that worked and had Netflix. The bedroom was good , comfortable bed, nice decor with plenty of storage. Bathrooms were both excellent. We were met at the flat and this was a warm and friendly meeting , very helpful. Good comms from the hosts. A great place to stay and explore Norwich- and you can get a bus just outside for a trip to Cromer.

Some blinds in the lounge would be handy , it was very hot during our stay, plus the light makes the TV hard to view. The decor was nice , but sofas could do with a couple more cushions and maybe a footstool .

Luxury in the heart of Norwich

Lovely modern apartment in a central location with stylish furnishings and attention to detail. A member of the team greets you with the keys and a friendly welcome. Loved the large bedrooms, high ceilings and easy to use heating.

There isn’t really a dining space with only room for a small table against a wall in the kitchen, but this didn’t concern us as we didn’t eat in much.
