A lovely characterful property with very comfortable bedrooms. The location was excellent. We loved this neighbourhood! We went to an amazing local restaurant and very friendly bars as well as excellent local shops. The locals were so friendly and interesting. The furnicular made it very easy to get into the old town and we even walked in a few times to the centre of Lyon. Fab all round.

This location boasts a great blend of modern facilities and old-world architecture, creating a truly unique and charming atmosphere.
Everything was good for me and I had no complaints.

Very good location within Lyon, with a university district feel, so not too touristy but very close to centre of town. Some great local restaurants of good value and great food. Close to supermarket etc. Overall clean and comfortable though.
The App to check-in and manage is much more painful than innovative. Simple email and printed folder would be much better. Only one key. Parking in local streets can be very hard to find. Not all lights work. Heated towel rail didn't work. Some mould in bathroom ceiling. Some provisions missing (washing powder, bathroom soap).
