Somewhere to put your head down!

Bathroom was clean

Shower head did not fix to the wall and kept falling down. Pans were very scratched! No tea towels provided so had to use hand towel from bathroom. There was a curtain over the second front door/ full length window but only covered half of the window. Washing up rack was rusty. 3 full bin liners were discarded in the back garden beside the back door. No lamps in the living room, only overhead light. Cigarette butts in the garden and on the front path. Would not have felt safe to stay here on my own. There was a lock on the shower room door but not on the toilet door.

Not great, not as advertised. Looks nicer on the pictures than in reality, leaks on ceilings, horrible beds. Would not stay again.

not very pleasant would like some of my money back as very expensive for what I stayed in

good size house and location was good

the property had many things wrong from dirty walls to chip in the bath no bedding was put for 5 person so had to buy are own couldn’t use some of the cooking trays due to burnt food on them and some body else’s food was left to root in a draw no out side bin

Just excellent, kids loved the house, felt safe and relaxed.

Excellent location, Tesco express just over the road and takeaways close. Great base for our planned trips to Colchester Zoo, Colchester Castle park and Clacton. Lovely clean, modern, spacious property.

Everything you need for a perfect Family Staycation!

Fantastic location and really easy to get to! It is a beautiful house that is well worth the money. Really gorgeous rooms and very spacious!! It was mostly clean, and the key system was FAB! It has such a cosy atmosphere to it, and everything you need for a family trip away.

With such beautiful weather, it is shame we couldn’t go into the garden, as the garden could definitely do with some care and love before it is used! The walls are quite thin, so you can clearly hear the neighbours, and some bits of furniture could do with some attention, such as the wobbly dining table.

Would recommend this 2nd floor flat.

Easy to park, convenient location. Clean and spacious flat. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Being higher up was very quiet.

Very minor issue that there were only 4 dining chairs and 2 were wobbly
