Do not stay even if last place to rent in Lucca!

The location was quiet at night.

Where do I start... Firstly, representative on day of arrival was rude - it felt like we were an inconvenience to her. We arrived in lucca on market day, first time staying in wall -here from Australia and we had to navigate to find our accommodation through the narrow streets. When we called to ask first assistance wire location she said we could of got a taxi yet being a day of antique market day in the historical wall traffic was diverted making this an impossible task. Also, we were given 2 large towels and 2 faces washes between 2:adults for 6 days!!! When I requested a few more she said this would come at an extra cost!! Lastly... the shower leaks and this has been previously mentioned by others and representative from apt said this had been repaired. When we raised this matter they wanted to have someone look at it on Easter day and on holidays " this should of been repaired and in working order prior to leading room ".

The look and feel of the apartment was nice and cosy, the bed was comfortable.

There were a few issues that could do with being resolved, the shower screen leaked to the floor this had subsequently caused mould to the floor beading. Bathroom window was rotten at the bottom. There were no blinds or curtains so you could not keep the light out at night or the heat out during the day. The knock on effect was the AC could not then cope and could not cool the room down. It is a small apartment which the pictures do not necessarily show they have been taken at a favourable angle. The lighting could do with being a bit brighter not good for drying hair, applying makeup (so I'm told)

Mi è piaciuto molto il palazzo in sé, veramente bello

L'appartamento non era pulito, le due sedie vicino al tavolo presentavano due macchie, le tende troppo lunghe che strisciavano a terra, le lenzuola e la coperta del letto pure troppo grandi che cadevano a terra, il bagno non è stato pulito a terra, la doccia niente di che. Per il prezzo che ho pagato non sono rimasto contento e mi aspettavo molto di più da questa struttura
