Lovely Lucca

An amazing property in the heart of historic Lucca. Very spacious living area and well equipped. The bedroom is huge complete with a very, very comfortable bed. Francesco, our host, was so helpful and attentive. The gift of locally produced wine was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Very good stay in Lucca

The apartment is located on the first floor (you need to climb one flight of stairs only) and is quite spacious. It was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and towels and free toiletries were provided. The owner, Francesco, is very helpful and communication with him via Whatsup was very good. The self-check in was very straightforward, as I got the instructions on how to access the flat the day before our arrival. The apartment is located in the historical centre close to the tourist attractions and shops. The railway station is about 20/25 minutes' walk away and there is a bus stop nearby. Highly recommended.

The bathroom is quite small and I think the layout could have been better.

Excellent location, clean and very comfortable bed. Felt very secure and safe.

Check-in information lacked detail. Very noisy due to single glazing and location. Only on bedside table and bedside light was multicoloured and needed charging. The bathroom is the shower, when the shower curtain is closed the shower space is tiny and the shower curtain sticks to you the whole time.

Great value inside the wall.

We enjoyed our stay here for a week in February. Its a large and comfortable apartment great for two people. This is an old building, as most are in Lucca, so you will find some odd architectural features in this apartment. Consider it part of the charm. We found the mattress a little too soft and springy for our liking. However there is a fold out bed in the living room with more firmness if you prefer. Wifi, cooking, water temperature, all good. Overall great value.

Appartamento molto carino e molto vicino al centro di Lucca, pulito e molto fornito per quanto riguarda la cucina e pure i prodotti per la pulizia. Unica pecca bagno abbastanza piccolo ma con qualche riguardo in più si usa tranquillamente.

Top Lage in Lucca für einen kleinen Preis

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig sowie sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wir einfach kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage, da wir alles ganz schnell und zu fuß in der Innenstadt erreichen konnten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sich mehrmals nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, was wir sehr zuvorkommend fanden. Aufgrund einer sehr guten Türverriegelung haben wir uns außerdem sehr sicher gefühlt. Parkplätze gibt es auch kostenfrei in der Nähe außerhalb der Stadtmauer, sodass wir unser Auto dort abstellen und zur Wohnung laufen konnten.

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr laut durch die davor liegende Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster und die hellhörigen Wände zum Flur. Zum Schlafen empfehlen wir daher Ohrstöpsel. Außerdem ist das Bad und insbesondere die Dusche sehr klein, weswegen der Aufenthalt im Bad nicht besonders angenehm war, aber in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist außerdem recht dunkel. Für die negativen Aspekte kann allerdings der Gastgeber nichts, weswegen wir an dem Service und insbesondere dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nichts zu beanstanden haben.

Schön renoviertes Appartement mit italienischem Flair.

Sehr sauber, Geschirr usw. konnte gleich benutzt werden. Bequemes Bett mit perfekten Leselampen. Gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter, der immer schnell geantwortet hat. Gute Lage, nicht weit von Zentrum und Stadtmauer.
