Fantastic location for us, very close to the Mont Blanc Tramway station and a short walk to the town.
The hotel was lovely and the evening meal very good and very affordable.
I would stay here again.
It wasn't clear on the webpages that I saw immediately prior to booking that the Spa was closed.
This was a little disappointing but the hotel overall was great.

Great location,excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Unfortunately the Spa and pool were out of action which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel. The hotel decor is dull and the cuisine in the restaurant was disappointing. Parking at the hotel is also charged extra.

Aethestically pleasing, with a beautiful restaurant. Room was spacious and comfortable. St Gervais is small so everything is walkable from the hotel.
Unclean room on arrival, which was very disappointing. The decor is tired with paint flaking, etc. There is also the main road through town outside, and therefore road noise from early. Not 4* in my opinion.
