Everything. First of all, the aroma hits you as soon as you step into the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious, I mean more than enough for our needs and the view was gorgeous. Breakfast was served in the restaurant, which is nicely decorated, just like the rest of the hotel. The buffet was full of local produce and there was plenty of choice. We would definitely come back for a weekend in St Gervais.
We were surprised that, for a breakfast menu like that, there weren’t any eggs on offer. It’s just a personal preference, as we usually eat eggs for breakfast.

We stayed here one night at the start of our holiday and wished we were staying longer. Fun, friendly? we had the suite that slept 7 (one king bedroom, 2 x double nooks, 1 x single nook with a sitting room bathroom and full size packman game! The only thing I would change is a little coffee machine and small fridge / with water. See you next year! Well done to the restaurant team too, food was exceptional! Thank you for looking after us!
