Location was great and hotel was lovely
Pillows weren’t very comfortable and the wardrobes were a bit cheap/ old looking which brought the vibe of the otherwise lovely room down a bit.

Staff, especially the breakfast waitress and reception staff, were great. The pool was perfect for the kids and room while basic was clean and functional. Location to the gondola was amazing.
Breakfast was limited and bar shuts at 9pm

For the purpose of our trip, this hotel had the best location. The staff greeted us very warmly and kindly. They showed us to our room and explained everything about using the pool. The room was well heated. Everything was clean. There was everything we needed for our stay.
We missed the mountain view from the window.

No fridge in the room, no ice, no glass, no fan in bathroom, shower leaks water on the floor, bad wifi in the room, window cant open in bathroom.
