Perfect location, great staff, well kept and comfortable apartment for a reasonable fee - would go back in a heartbeat.

Location is great for skiing - 5 minutes walk to the gondola. Appartment is very new, clean, well proportioned and well equipped. Inclusive parking and spa are a bonus.

Check-in at 5 pm and check out at 10 am - not generous at all compared to other places we have stayed. Availability of reception staff is confusing. They are only available (including over the phone) for a few hours per day. There was a confusing email prior to our arrival saying there will be someone available at 3 pm on our arrival day. In fact, till 4:30 pm even phone was going to an auto-message. The strict "self-cleaning" procedure on the morning of check-out has not been clearly communicated prior to booking our stay. One can argue that we could do without having to clean the kitchen, empty dishwasher, sort bedlinen and towels into bags and taking rubbush bags to the containers outside on the morning of (very early, 10am!) checkout. Alternative was a "fine" of 80 euros. Again, not communicated prior booking. Lastly, at the spa the sauna was never heated for more than 70 degrees C, not a proper sauna temperature! Had a feeling they were saving power as the place seemed to be only half-full during our stay. When asked, was blamed on a "poor boiler".
