I would recommend this hotel for leisure travel!

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Great food and plenty of variety. Staff was pleasant, patient and helpful. Everything was very clean.

Overall, the interior was somewhat dark and a bit dated.

Awesome staff, good location, authentic mountain cabin feeling

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I don't speak French, so their ability and willingness to speak English was greatly appreciated. Also really appreciate being able to store my belongings on my last day so I could get a final day of snowboarding in. Also, the hotel is located in a good spot if you're going to use the bus line.

No real complaints about the hotel. Chamonix bus system was a little confusing to me at first, so worth researching in advance to avoid wasting precious vacation time.

Comfty, beautiful, relaxing pool

Staff was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. We had a very comfortable room with a clean and modern wc, a balcony and a superb view. Pool and sauna area was clean and calm, we enjoyed it very much. We ate breakfast on site, it was a continental table, we enjoyed the most the charcuterie plate and freshly pressed orange juice!

We arrived in a rainy afternoon and would have enjoyed having a kettle so we could enjoy the misty-cloudy mountain view from our rooms balcony!

2 star hotel at best

Good Wifi

- Mattresses are over used, two were pushed together to form a "double bed". Gap in between the two made it impossible to sleep - Adjoining room given (without asking) with no sound proofing. Did not sleep due to person snoring heavily next door. Feel like you are in the same room as them - Musty feel to the room but bathrooms are newly done - Rooms was very dimly lit, view was of the chalet opposite where you could both see inside each others window, therefore you may spend your holiday with the curtains shut and no lighting like i did - breakfast is very expensive considering no hot options available. sliced bread was not fresh with stale edges. croissants and meats/boiled eggs are edible, but i would recommend popping to the Super U down the road. - Staff are polite but overall unhelpful. After 3 nights of minimal sleep, offer was given to change to a downgraded room, but they wouldn't refund the difference in price. They wanted me to stay in a cheap room with a view of the car park, when i had paid for a balcony room overlooking the mountain. I offered one night of notice to get a refund of the last two nights but they refused that too Overall, i would not have been so upset with my stay if the hotel offered a fair solution to my issues with the noise. I understood that the hotel was fully booked and only one room was available, but its necessarily greedy to not refund the rate difference or no to let me checkout earlier. The receptionists are very smiley and polite but they are basically treating you like an inconvenience whilst smiling. The management wont even come and talk to you. If they had even offered to cover a meal/breakfast or some form of good will for the inconvenience of not having slept for 3 nights, i would not be writing this review, but once they have your money they really couldn't care less. I dont think they have a clue how hospitality works, they think they are doing you a favour!

The best place to stay in Les Houches and Chamonix!

Everyone was so friendly and kind and helpful! The rooms were cosy and comfy with a lovely view and adjacent rooms was fun too! The spa was lovely and the pool refreshing! The restaurant and bar were excellent and the shuttle to the ski lift fabulous - well - the kindness of the team was wonderful and every day they helped us get to the ski lift and get home! ❤️

I liked the pool and sauna. Both great after a day skiing. Breakfast (continental) was excellent value for money.

I knew the hotel from previous visits so knew what to expect. I was returning because of the location and the indoor pool.

Overall a good experience!

Good food and good atmosphere if you managed to get a reservation. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful front desk attendants.

Restaurant and kitchen did not have the capacity to handle the demand. Restaurant should give priority to hotel guests over non guests especially when guests have dinners included in their package. Breakfast items such as juice and some breads ran out if you sat down half way through the breakfast time slot. As in many eateries, labor shortages may have been behind some of the issues. The personnel that was serving was generally very helpful and accomodating, but overwhelmed.
