Amazing customer service and staff - so friendly and accommodating! Great location to nearby pizza/pasta restaurant and take-away + many other food options and a grocery store, patisserie just round the corner at the church! Great rooms with everything you need! Might not be the most spacious but its more than you need with such great scenery, location + a lovely pool! Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable

Good sized rooms and a great location with incredible views of the Mont Blanc Massif. The team was very friendly and made some good recommendations about hikes, transport etc.
While the rooms were big, they lacked aircon (it was very hot when we were there), tea/coffee facilities as standard (though a kettle could be requested), paper cups, not glasses in the room. For a premium-priced hotel, it felt a little past its best and in need of a bit of TLC.

The bathroom was not the one shown in the pictures.
Some parts of the room are new, others are older than....
