Charming 1-bed house in Chester by 53 Degrees Property, Ideal for Couples & Business, Amazing Location - Sleeps 4

We're a family that enjoys staying at cozy homes instead of hotels, and if you, too, look for stays like this, I 100% recommend this house in Chester 🤗 We never had to contact our host during our stay given that their instructions are very clear. Also loved how everything is processed through a website and every information is easily accessible! From check-in, to food recommendations, appliances instructions, and check-out, they're all in the website. For three people with three big luggages, the house was more than comfortable. The bed could fit us three, and the sofa bed in the living room was also perfect. We sometimes prefer to cook our own meals, so we appreciated how fully-equipped the kitchen is. There was also a washing machine and laundry detergent so we also utilized it! We're also able to enjoy Netflix and Youtube in the living room. Most importantly, we loved the location of the house. It isn't in the city center, but it was just less than a 10-minute walk, plus we were closer to the riverfront walk—The Groves! It's less busy in the evening and there were nearby restaurants and pubs as well. We enjoyed our walks to the other side of the bridge with the view of river dee every morning.

We can't think of anything significantly negative about our stay :)

Everything was very good.

Easy to get into the property, property was lovely, clean, and in a great location.

We asked for the beds to be split to 2 singles. Which wasn’t done, the owner did apologise, am not sure if was a communication issue between booking.com and the owner.

The location was great.

The fact that was building/garden working be done. We were on informed once the deposit was taken. It had been ongoing for 2 weeks prior to our stay. Couldn’t open the door in 34degrees heat due the excessive amount of dust.
