Great location, only a 10 minute walk into town centre. Very clean and looked after well. The garden was a nice touch. The neighbours were also very welcoming.

Great space, kitchen fully stocked, modern and clean. Lounge big enough for 3 easily, bedrooms comfortable. Central heating worked well
TV was old and had to be scanned for TV channels.

Good quiet location Fabulous crockery if you want to cook Great little dishwasher Comfortable beds with clean soft linen Ease of access Great communication from staff when contacting them even late at night Did their best to fix issues quickly
Shower had no rubber strip to stop water running out but it was replaced quickly next day after reporting it- water was running out of cracks on stairwell ceiling and this had obviously been going on for some time as ceiling had been repaired previously There was no hairdryer but one was provided early the next morning Toilet brush broken upstairs Lots of dust on towel rails, tops of services like mirrors and skirting boards but nothing that deep clean wouldn’t fix
