Location & Decor

It was far too small & only suitable for a 1 night stay (we had 3 nights). The bed sofa was directly in front of the curtained door & I kept rolling into the center of the bed, turned the mattress but that didn't work either. The owner was amazing coming out to help with Wifi. Booking.com put it in as an apartment but after I had paid in the full confirmation from the owner came back as a studio, not what I wanted.

Modern and central but disappointing, unclean apartment

Centrally located in the old town, near beaches and nice walking routes. Quite modern and fairly well equipped apartment (on a French standard).

Apartment was filled with flies and dead insects once arriving, and dirty in other places too. Renter promised to refund but never did. Further, the apartment is on the ground floor with only a glass door, close to noisy bars/restaurants.

Brilliant

It was self contained in a lovely old part of Granville and quiet. The marina and town centre were a 5 min walk and the locals and the facilities were all lovely Justine was available via message and she replies very quickly Would I go there again? Absolutely

Petit jolie studio mais manque d'un bon menage

C'est un tres jolie petit studio. Très bien placé et tres bien decoré

Le studio a besoin d'un vrai menage. Douche salle avec des cheveux et moisissures. Congelateur inutilisable car remplie de glace. J'ai du egalement enlever le protege matelas car humide (presque mouillé) De plus le propietaire m'a avertie que l'entrée dans l'appartement était retardé de 30 min.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, quartier très sympa (bars, restaurants, boutiques...), la possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité, les instructions claires pour entrée/sortie

Literie de mauvaise qualité, draps fournis propres mais tachés, lit à faire nous-même, humidité et fourmis (heureusement il y avait un appât à fourmis dans le placard que nous avons utilisé)

Suggestions : niveau équipements, un micro onde et un fait tout pour faire des moules seraient appréciables. Confortable literie à améliorer.

Appartement refait à neuf, ce qui est agréable et appréciable. SDB neuve. Cuisine bien équipée dans l'ensemble.

Manque les rideaux aux fenêtres cela manque d'intimité. Matelas peu confortable car penche vers le centre. Manque un micro onde (pratique pour petit déjeuner) et une bouilloire.
