After a bad start it got worse

The town was fantastic

We arrived at 14h and had to wait until after 15h for someone to turn up to let us in, this is despite sending a message via the app. Luckily it wasn't raining. When we came back in the evening the host was waiting for another guest, why did we not get this service??? There was a code on the booking details but why, you tell me!!! The city view is a large tree and a wall??? Smelt damp. Hallway filthy. Both the sinks kitchen and bathroom were grimy. The shower has no adjustment so though it has a waterfall nozzle you can't use it. No hairdryer or iron available. The kettle made even bottled water taste musty. The property entrance is an alleyway to the back of a restaurant there is rubbish from the restaurant and the radio was blaring from 8h. Smoke blows in from the restaurant staffs, cigarettes all day. As you walk into the alleyway there is a graffiti on the wall and a muddy patch ( probably due to the broken drainpipe) The sofa was uncomfortable, the fridge leaked water over my food. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Only 2 pillows available really poor. There was a badly repaired chair in the bedroom. No local information available. Needs a deep clean. Would not stay there again and would not recommend
