Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Donville-les-Bains, just one kilometre from the beach. It measures 84 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Located on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a 31 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190).
– Bedroom 2: with two single beds.
– Bedroom 3: with two single beds.
– A bathroom with a shower.
– A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
– A south-west-facing terrace of 9.2 m² with furniture.
