Located in a secure residence with elevator, it includes: an entrance hall, a living room (dining area, sofa bed, TV) opening onto a balcony, a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Private laundry room on the landing (washing machine, dryer). Private underground parking. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.
