Danni is an excellent host, friendly very informative, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental but a vast array of fresh food and hot & cold drinks available. Room was very clean and a joy to stay in for our 3 days.

We loved everything. The history and story of its renovations. The location is just stunning 😍 close to the ride and park for the tram which is super easy to use to go central Edinburgh and cheap as chips. It wasn’t far from the summer sessions festival either which was perfect for us!! And we can’t thank the host enough for their lovely hospitality, stories and recommendations đŸ„° we will definitely be back as a stopover when we do a tour of the rest of Scotland!! Such a beautiful place 😍😍😍 thank you for using us we loved our stay â˜ș

The property was beautifully renovated and had lots of character. Danni the host was so friendly. Lovely continental breakfast offered and nothing was too much trouble for her!
