    Check in staff were great. Nice large rooms. Opened bathtub mat to place in tub and it had long black hairs on it! Went to hotel bar/Cafe and were very frustrated as didn't get served at our table like others did, so went to till and ordered. Terrible service here. It is a great location if you have an early morning flight with complimentary shuttle service

    So, when I first arrived at the hotel I loved it. It was in a perfect location and had a shuttle to/from the airport, which was fabulous. I was here to see The Cure at The Royal Highland and was excited about my stay. When I got back from the show, I watched a little telly and then tried to get some sleep. Unfortunately, my neighbour had "very important phone calls" to make all night and I assume he kept going out in the hallway so as not to disturb whoever was sleeping in his room...ALL NIGHT LONG. He spoke very loudly and for long periods of time. Every time I would almost get back to sleep, he would take another call. I don't think I slept any more than 1 hour all night. I probably should have complained to reception during the night but I was desperate for sleep and I kept optimistically thinking he was finally going to shut up. He never did. I eventually got up for breakfast, with a plan to take a nap afterwards. Unfortunately, he was back in the hallway, talking very loudly again so I couldn't even get a quick nap in. I'm exhausted. I'm in a different hotel tonight and so far I haven't heard a peep from anyone else staying here. You would think being so close to the airport there would be sound reduction measures in place. That was clearly not the case. It sounded like this fanny was in my room with me. Because of this experience I will never stay at this hotel again. I really liked the place otherwise, but it is not a location where rest/relaxation is going to be possible.

    Good stay, great social bar / restaurant, clean rooms, helpful staff and free shuttle to the terminals (5 min walk alternatively)

    Pool temperature was reduced - apparently for filter works. Towels not supplied at facilities - own room towels had to be taken. Room in need of vacuuming - dusty carpet. Spoke with head cleaner who will relay message. Informed front desk for future guests and cleanliness. (OK points were provided as a consolation/corrective - however prefer improved cleanliness)
