Scandinavian interior design feel. Fresh and clean. Happy with it.

The interior design of the room, the availability to spend time there low cost, the individualized access, the availability of terrace with view, air conditioning and hot water shower. Much more civillized than other rental experiences I've had in Bulgaria and in Bansko itself. The availability of tea.

There were no batteries for the A remote control when I arrived and I needed to go to find some in a store. Also the boiler wasn't working so the water wasn't preheated. I was cold in the room at first, which I imagine if I came in the winter, tired, would be a great minus if I needed to buy batteries to turn on an electric appliance for heating. Maybe the managers should consider supplying the rented rooms with charger and rechargeable batteries, which are much more sustainable and also can be charged by the previous guest and left full for the next guest to come. This is my opinion.

Nice little room and for a great price. Host was very accommodating despite the slightly complicated self check in process.

It's a bit cold in the winter. Perhaps it wasn't warmed in a long time, but even though the AC was turned to the max heat it was cold. The corridor and the bathroom were also very cold due to the fact there is no warming there.

The apartment was great, beautifully decorated and modern. There is a balcony with a nice view. There was shampoo and soap, a hairdryer, and some cups. Everything was clean, and the price was good.

A pleasant stay with helpful staffs when needed.

The location is perfect for climbing the mountain or going on the hike nearby, it indeed has an amazing view from the room overlooking Bansko and the mountains. The room is clean and very comfortable, also with good sound isolation. Even in July it got a bit chilly at night inside. Helpful staffs.

The only down side was the complications in finding the room itself as it's located in an apartment complex (and there are many in the block) and appears to have no reception to access. There were problems with the hot water, which in the end was an easy fix but since I wasn't given instructions at the beginning and had to contact them via text and call multiple times, I wasn't able to take a bath for two nights.
