Very quiet apartment. The location is very good, not far from the subway. There are supermarkets, bakeries and many restaurants around the subway, which meets our needs.

Adorable place for a short or longer stay in a beautiful Patisian neighborhood

The apartment is exactly like on pictures and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located on the quiet street, in close walking proximity to the metro , restaurants, and grocery stores. We lived there a couple of weeks and felt like home! Highly recommended for a couple or small family. We will be back!

Exceptional

Charming is really the word to describe this apartment. It is beautiful and chic and something that I have imagined that an apartment in Paris suppose to look like. And landlord is really saying that he cares with details and small things that they have left for us like cookies, coffee, tea...social games... I hope I'll have the opportunity to be their guest again.

Dans un coin calme du 14eme, à proximité des commerces et des transports, l'appartement est bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Propreté impeccable!

L'annonce indiquait parking, c'est ambigu (ou on a mal compris). Il y a bien du stationnement dans la rue mais c'est hors de prix.

Molto soddisfatta

Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito, ordinato e accogliente, attrezzato con cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Ottima la zona con supermercati e fermata metro, tranquilla la notte. Consiglio l'appartamento anche per l'ottimo prezzo.

L'unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare al proprietario è di oscurare il vetro della camera da letto perché essendo al piano terra dagli altri appartamenti possono vedere dentro, perché tirando la tenda poi non entra luce.

Un bijou

Struttura molto carina a pochi metri dalla metro Porte d’Orleans e dalla boulangerie Thevenin. Ben organizzata negli spazi, bella la doccia grande in bagno. Nonostante a Parigi ci fossero 30/35 gradi, in casa si stava benissimo anche senza condizionatore.

Sarebbe stato carino trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo. Potrebbero esserci più asciugamani e un tappetino per quando si esce dalla doccia.

Séjour très agréable

Logement idéalement placé,dans un endroit calme. Des commerces sont à proximité. Le métro est très proche ce qui facilite les déplacements Parfait pour un séjour en famille avec toutes les commodités présentes (machine à laver etc)

Le lit est un peu petit pour 2 adultes mais il y a le canapé convertible dans le salon en cas de besoin.

L’appartement est pratique, bien situé, bien aménagé, calme. Le service est parfait : serviettes, café, lits faits, etc.

Охайно, комфортно, поруч магазини, хороший гарний район, є кавомашина з смачною кавою і кухня з усім необхідним. Зручні ліжка, тепло. Привітний персонал, завжди на зв’язку і надають всю необхідну інформацію.

Appartamento situato in un buon punto per visitare Parigi ed ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.Molto accogliente dotato di tutti i servizi sia per cucinare, che per lavare i vestiti. Unica pecca, ma non so' se a Parigi usano propio cosi' ! ,e' la mancanza del climatizzatore. Del resto tutto bene
