The location is very good as there is metro station 5 minutes away.The room was clean except the carpets. Worth for its money based on Paris prices

Our stay was complicated by mobility issues, but the htel itself was adequate and we were helped by ths manager.

The manager was very kind. My wife fell on the cobbled street of Paris and injured her leg, so needed crutches. We were helped greatly by the kindness of the manager

The lack of fridge and kettle was a problem. The winding stairs made ascent and descent difficult for my wife on crutches

Terrible stay. Staff extremely rude and probably racist

Close to metro

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel is located in a rundown neighborhood, and the annex where we stayed felt more like a shed with a toilet and a tiny shower than actual guest accommodation. It was stuffy, poorly soundproofed, and far from clean or comfortable. The staff was remarkably unwelcoming. Communication was poor - we were not informed in advance that check-in closed at 23:00, and we found ourselves locked out with no way in. We were lucky that another guest let us into the building, as the concierge made no effort to help and was incredibly rude afterward. The hotel also failed to communicate that breakfast must be reserved in advance. We missed it the first day due to our late check-in, which we could have understood - but the second day, even after our stay was confirmed, nothing was prepared. Again, no clear communication. While poor service is sadly not uncommon, in this case it went beyond acceptable. We strongly suspect discriminatory treatment, which makes the experience even more unacceptable. Bottom line: under no circumstances would I recommend staying here.

Small traditional Parisian hotel, the way they used to be

Hotel Beaunier is a tiny Parisian hotel in a very nice neighbourhood. A French hotel as they used to be decades ago, which makes it quite charming. It’s a bit worn down, but exceptionally clean. The hosts are very friendly.

Pleasant stay with easy checkin

Friendly and helpful proprietor, and easy checkin with flexible times. Everything was clean, the room was as expected per the photos, and the wifi worked well. As international travellers, we liked that it was close to public transport options but far enough from tourist attractions to be quieter in the evenings. You can easily catch the bus from Porte d'Orléans to various attractions with almost no changes - check these travel times to get a feel for the distances. It's also on the Orlybus route from the airport.

As others have observed, the shower is very small - might be an issue for some. For those sensitive to noise, note that you can sometimes hear water and sometimes footsteps from other occupants. There are also fairly tight stairs which can make it difficult to manage large suitcases. These things are true of many hotels and they did not stop us enjoying our stay, but might be good to know beforehand.

The rooms are super tiny, the hotel has almost no facilities, cleanliness wasn't the best. You can also hear the floor cracking if anyone is moving in the hotel, and noise if anyone is talking. The toilet and shower are super. Super tiny so it isn't comfortable at all. For the same money value you can definitely get a better option.

A good value room in a quiet street, with easy access to the metro

It was good value for a room in Paris. The location was in a very quiet street, so no noise overnight, and there were nice restaurants within walking distance. It was very close to the metro station.

The hotel is in an old building with no lift - the stairs would be difficult to climb for someone with mobility issues. It would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room.

Comfortable and convenient hotel

A small yet cozy and clean room with consistent decoration. The location is well connected to anywhere in Rive Gauche. The host is very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast is lovely.

The toilet valve doesn't close tightly, leading to a periodic flush sometimes.

The location is very good - close to stations, convenience stores, the area is calm and there is a nice park nearby. The host was very nice and helpful. We are grateful for everything.

Struttura non all’altezza del prezzo, ma personale cordiale e posizione strategica

Tra gli aspetti positivi segnalo sicuramente il personale, che si è dimostrato cordiale, disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno. L’accoglienza è stata professionale e lo staff ha sempre mantenuto un atteggiamento educato e collaborativo. Inoltre, la struttura è situata in una posizione comoda, molto vicina alla metro, elemento che facilita notevolmente gli spostamenti e rappresenta un punto a favore soprattutto per chi desidera visitare la città senza utilizzare l’auto.

Esperienza purtroppo molto deludente. La struttura si presenta estremamente vecchia e poco curata: arredi datati, impianti obsoleti e una generale sensazione di scarsa manutenzione. Tutto appare trascurato e fermo a molti anni fa, ben lontano dalle aspettative create al momento della prenotazione. La pulizia è stata l’aspetto più negativo del soggiorno. Ho trovato polvere praticamente ovunque, superfici non adeguatamente igienizzate e una costante sensazione di sporco. Gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati e non davano l’impressione di essere freschi o appena lavati. Inoltre, negli ambienti era presente un cattivo odore persistente che ha reso il soggiorno ancora meno piacevole. Gli spazi sono molto angusti e poco funzionali, rendendo difficile muoversi comodamente. Il bagno, in particolare, era sporco e scomodo: sanitari poco puliti, spazi stretti e condizioni generali decisamente sotto la sufficienza. Considerando il prezzo pagato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto discutibile. Mi aspettavo standard decisamente più alti. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

La ubicación, bien comunicado con el centro. Limpiaban y cambiaban las toallas a diario.

La calefacción no calentaba lo suficiente en la habitación y en el baño ni siquiera había radiador por lo que estaba congelado, lo comuniqué en recepción pero no me dieron ninguna solución. Las instalaciones son viejas y están descuidadas: moquetas desgastadas y rotas, taza del water rajada, etc.

Goed prijs-kwaliteit hotelletje voor een citytrip naar Parijs

Leuk stadshotelletje met goede metroverbinding naar het centrum. De kamers en badkamers zijn wat klein maar meer heb je niet nodig bij een citytrip.

Kamers aan de straatkant hadden wat last van het nachtelijk lawaai van passanten en het verkeer.
