    This was our first time staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, had a small fridge, it was right by the metro and the staff were very friendly. We’ll happily stay here again

    Love the location, the bed, the cleanliness. And the reception called Remy. During my stay I saw 3 different receptionists and the two were abit unfriendly but Remy was exceptionally kind. Abit strange having to leave the key to receptionist all the time we went out abit. Also the check in by ourselves online while they were there was also slightly inconvenient.

    The hotel pictures do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel, the hotel looks more outdated in reality. Check-in is not straight forward, they ask you to scan a QR code and fill in your details including providing details of your identification. After a tiring journey, the last thing you want to be met with at reception is filling paperwork which the reception staff could complete on your behalf. In addition, to get to your room need to get to the first floor and there is no lift, only stairs. There was no one specifically assigned to help, the receptionist only came to help after seeing me struggle and when I checked out I had to carry the luggage down the stairs myself. There is a small lift to take to you other floors but it is so small you can only fit one person at a time.
