Never again.

NOTHING GOOD. 1 star property and negative star experience.

This property has BED BUGS. Heed warnings on Google and do not book. It was so unhygienic I had to leave after 12 hours. Sheets were stained.

I’d stay again. Would recommend the hotel.

Small, functional room & bathroom. Perfect for a solo traveler. Close to the metro & only a handful of stops from the center of the city. Lovely, yummy bakery within 300 feet from the hotel. The neighborhood has a few shops around w/ fresh fruit & veggies; several cafes & corner stores that are open late. Quiet area at night. I slept soundly w/ an open window. V nice hotel staff, who allowed me to leave my luggage w/ them prior to my check- in time, so that I could walk around & explore w/ out my suitcase/backpack weighing me down. Loved having a good WiFi & air conditioning.

The stay was good but I hate uncleanliness

It was in a good location close to the metro and bus, not far from hang out places for the night.

They never cleaned the room before we came, a lot of dust on the surface and bed cover not clean. For the time we spent there, they didn’t clean for us or change beddings

Great for smaller budget

friendly reception, really comfortable beds and nice location next to a beautiful park, public transport and grocery store not far away, also nice part of the city - very decent choice for Paris on smaller budget, especially when out the whole day and coming to the hotel just to get a shower and go to bed before leaving in the morning again

the biggest problem was basically non-existing sound isolation between spaces, we could hear everything from room opposite of us, as well as from staircase next to our room and people flushing their toilets above us

Good service

The personnel was really kind, the room was quite clean and the service changed the towels daily. It was also nicely equipped, with lots of soap and toilet paper.

The room is very small, perfect for those trips where you are out the whole day and come back just for sleep and shower.

For the money it is worth it

The price was really good. There was a kettle in the room which is nice to be able to have a tea during cold days. The internet worked well. There was a desk and a chair in the room. The room was reasonably sized for the price. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The room was really cold. Not such a problem during the night as the blankets were warm enough but annoying if you have to stay during the day. Also not that close to the metro if you have to walk with two big suitcases but I guess ppl take uber these days :-)

Breakfast was great. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though it's not exactly in the center, you can reach basically everything easily as it is very close to the metro.

Pleasant

The guy at the reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet : we have been able to sleep with the window open (because of the hot weather)

The breakfast was too expensive , so we had to take it outside. The room was really small.

Nice, low-key place to make your home base for a short stay in Paris.

Great location in Petit-Montrouge. Close to metro stop and walking distance to many good restaurants. Friendly staff. The room was quite small and there is no lift, but I think that's to be expected at this price range in this part of Paris.

Bed was adequate but not particularly comfortable.

Very small room, smelly bathroom. Can find elsewhere better value for money

Convenient location, close to the metro station. Very quiet.

The room was very small, it didn’t correspond to the pictures. The bathroom was dark (no lights!), very small and smelly. The sink was so small we could barely rinse our face without spilling water everywhere. The main problem was that the bathroom was smelling extremely bad, we had to keep the windows open to make it bearable. The reception was closing early, not possible to welcome late arrivals.

Lovely receptionist, but ably hotel

Lady receptionist was amazing: friendly, carrying, supportive, helpful. She has made me feel better after exhausting travel. Price: one of the cheapest hotels in Paris

Room was dark, cold and smelly. Shower door was broken and standing next to toilet, water would run to the bathroom and room floor. Holes in the walls. Everything dated, scruffy, pilling paint, stains in carpet, bed cover, curtains.
