location was good, pool is nice and clean

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever sat on in my life. I may as well be sleeping on the bed frame. Window has panels missing so mosquitos come in (was told to just hang a towel in the window). Room was so hot we asked if we could swap to air con but was told no and no extra fan provided.

only the boy at the reception was very kind and assisting even if he didn’t speak English

it is stated that is a beachfront however it is in the heart of the town and you need to take taxi to get to the beach

adequate but pricy for the accommodations

secure, on-site parking. air conditioning worked pretty well. the staff were friendly & assistive. we were disappointed upon arrival as expected a bit more comfort for the price. the employees, though, made efforts to retain our business even after they knew I’d complained to Booking.com (for the first time after I’ve made dozens of reservations through the app). there is a small table & shared mini fridge in the ‘garden’/parking area where we could play cards. you can spot the ocean from the balcony.

the beds were pretty uncomfortable. you have to be the first or second in the hotel to shower or do it at odd times as they only have one hot water heater for the whole property. our rooms didn’t even have toilet seats, but the staff had new ones delivered within a couple of hours of our request.
