No hot water, not clean. Very central but busy and loud location.

The location is good if you need to do a lot of things around town, as it's right in the center. But it's not close to any beaches or tourist attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Room was not very clean. Soap with other people's hair left in the bathroom. Some days had no hot water, and water pressure was almost nonexistent. Pool was always crowded with tons of local families and kids. I booked because of the high booking.com rating, but it was nowhere near that expectation.

Very helpful and kind staff. Good room with AC and fan. Private bathroom. Good location near Chaudrui a big surface store where to get good food for cheap. Right beside the intercity bus stations, therefore very convenient when leaving the city for good to another destination. OXXO store right beside as well...

The paint at the bottom of the pool is missing in some parts giving the idea that the pool is having gray greenish algae. On the last day we looked closer and realized it was just paint missing so we decided to use the pool.. The water that we perceived at first not clean happened to be very clean. I would suggest the pool is repainted to avoid this confusion.

The room was at the back, had no natural light and we felt enclosed in, we felt like we were in a prison cell!!! The Wi-Fi was non existent in the room and only worked in reception.

Awesome. Wish we stayed longer.

We loved the location, not in a Western tourist spot. Perfect. And delicious breakfast just down the street. Super fun party strip just down from the hotel, yet it stays pretty quiet in the rooms. Cool building with great views from the terrace. Good value for the money. I'd happily stay here again.

That we had to leave after just 1 night. Coming back for longer next time!

OK for a short stay. But not what I expected from what was said on booking.com

The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean The A/C works well. You get a new roll of toilet paper and soap every day. ( but no shampoo) Swimming pool is warm ( but no shaded areas)

1. Hot Water was very limited, and it took a long time to get some, and no pressure. 2. Internet is terrible. Many days it was off and on, Slow then okay. It was tough to work 3. The sheets were not changed unless I took them off the bed. 4. The bed was fair (the sheets kept coming off). I would rate the comfort of the bed a 5 out of 10 5. THe hotel is NOT on the beach, even tho booking.com says it's only a few hundred feet. It's way downhill, and it's the worst beach of them all. 6. The location is central - but you will either be walking 10 - 15 to one beach or taking a taxi to the Ziticala beach. 7. The room is noisy. You can hear everything happening, which seems to be very early.

The lady at reception was very pleasant. The pool area was nice. Hot water was a plus

Nice hotel but a little too noisy

The property is located close to the main beach, which is of course very convenient. The staff is super nice and very helpful, couldn’t ask for more. The rooms (at least mine) are simple but that’s what you really need, especially if you plan to stay outside for most of the day.

It’s super noisy. I found it hard to rest and sleep as there was non stop something happening. Also, I can imagine that it’s a big hotel and cleaning is happening throughout the entire day but moving things around all the time doesn’t help to create a quieter environment. wifi is pretty bad, for me it was not the biggest issue, but if you need a good connection, it might not be enough.
