They never bothered to check that the refrigerator was working in hot June.
Nice furniture and comfortable bed.
They do not seem to be very professional. The refrigerator was not working and half the sockets were off as a welcome. No access to cold water (non provided) for more than 70hours with 32 degrees celsius temperatures. They did not send instructions on how ti get in until I contacted them and then they were very general. Their messages were impersonal including items that were not applicable to us or the specific apartment. They TV control was half working.

Beautiful apartment for a 4 adult break above Cernobbio.
The apartment is modern and well decorated and furnished. We stayed as two couples and the two double bedrooms were both a good size. Everything was very clean on arrival and check in was simple from the emailed instructions. There are some great restaurants nearby (Federico’s a particular favourite). The beds were comfortable. The living room terrace was just big enough for the four of us to sit in the sun - there are actually two terraces, one from the living room and the other from one of the bedrooms.
The location is not really in Cernobbio, but in the town above. It is a 30min steep ascent walk to the location. If you have a car, no issues. If you don’t, expect a good workout! There were very few issues during our stay but a few tips to the apartment hosts: Provide a couple of cleaning cloths and some washing liquid in the kitchen; it was difficult to keep clean after cooking. There are no coasters/drinks mats in the apartment, we were worried we would mark the tables. The bathroom is amazing but the water runs into the room rather than down the drain when showering - if you’re not careful it can flood the room. Finally, the gutter on the main building leaks and this drips onto the bedroom terrace for hours after any rain, which stops you using it.

Siamo arrivati e il parcheggio che sulla slideshow di benvenuto veniva presentato come a noi riservato era di fatto già occupato da un'altra vettura, obbligandoci a una lunga retromarcia notturna in strada stretta e pericolosa. Il parcheggio che di lì innanzi abbiamo utilizzato dista almeno 300 metri in salita dall'alloggio e non sempre è libero. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per 3 (due stanze matrimoniali), pagando relativa tassa di soggiorno per tutti, come seconda stanza abbiamo trovato un divano letto non rifatto in soggiorno; abbiamo dovuto prepararlo noi, trovando le lenzuola nell'armadio e mettendo le mani sui capelli dei precedenti ospiti. Nel corso del soggiorno siamo rimasti senza carta igienica e sapone e in 5 giorni di alloggio non c'è mai stato un rifornimento né tanto meno una pulizia dell'alloggio.
