Cleanliness of sofa and bedding is a big issue in the apartment
Large apartment
Cleanliness. Sofa, bed sheets and pillows are not very clean. No direct way to communicate with the owner, only through email and whatsapp. We had to wait for a response about a simple question.

Excellent location with private indoor parking
Nice, well maintained and clean building. Highway access and public transportation in close proximity. Several groceries and restaurant option nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped, suitable for longer stay for 1-2 person. Private outdoor terrace. Also private indoor parking spot for your car. Decent wifi signal, friendly neighbours.
The online checking process (CleanBnb?) is a bit complicated but I have seen worse so it is not a showstopper. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable for us but I guess this is just personal preference. Others' review findings are still valid (no headrest, non inductive stove pan, no kettle, wall cabinet right side door has no handle, toilette flush button sometimes stucks, shower hose starts to come apart) but there is nothing that can not be fixed with some minor maintenance or attention. Nevertheless the apartment is still a recommended place just these small things needs to be taken into consideration

The house is newly renovated with all necessities. The whole building is very secure. The location is very nice. Restaurants, supermarkets in a short distance and the center of the village 10 minutes walk.
The garden was not well kept. The garbage place on the basement was difficult to find.

Superb
For a bed that looks like a sofa bed, it was extremely comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided, which was nice. The PDF we received with recommendations was very useful and our contact person was kind and diligent. There is a convenient bakery nearby for morning breakfast and LIDL is walking distance.
The location is not perfect. It is far away from the center of Cernobbio in some kind of a suburban area. However, close to big shops and travel connections.

A disappointment
While the place was overall modern and well equipped, the stay at this apartment was sadly not at all what we were expecting after seeing the good ratings they have received in the past.
The apartment was not properly cleaned, there were spiders, hair and spots everywhere on the walls. Moreover, the terrace was so dirty that it was impossible to sit outside without cleaning it first. After starting to use the shower, we noticed that the water is running out of the shower and that the bathroom floors are getting flooded. We have contacted the agency that was arranging our stay there to ask them to send someone to fix the drains the next morning. They told us that that we should try to use the drain cleaner that was already in the apartment and put the AC on dehumidifying mode. We did that but the problem did not get fixed. The floors did not get dry again, so we have negotiated with them to leave the place, as it was impossible to stay there especially since we were there with our older parents, who could have easily slip and fall.
The communication with the agency was very pleasant at the beginning, but it became difficult and not customer friendly after we have tried to get a reimbursement for the nights we did not stay at this apartment and the touristic tax we have paid in advance. Not only did they know about the existing problem, did not fix it for more than a year as I have sadly just realised after reading all the old reviews through, they have charged us a cleaning fee of 100 EUR, even though the apartment was not properly cleaned at the beginning and we have left it after only spending a night in it. All that even though they are renting an apartment that obviously needs to be repaired and the fact that we had to go through all the stress of finding a new accommodation on such a short notice.
If you are searching for a calm (besides a main road), proper and functioning place at lake Como, do not book this apartment. Not only, is the problem with the flooding persisting for a while and not being taken care of, the contact in case if you have a problem will get very unpleasant for you as a customer.

Well located and carming studio with pull out bed like in American movies
Excellent internet, nicely designed bathroom, nice design kitchen, overall security and great underground parking.charming person who greeted us and explained how to park, etc. Very close to Cernobbio and shops - 5 mins from motorway/Switzerland - 10 mins to Como centre. Well worth staying again if they fix some niggles.
Bed very uncomfortable (we bought a topper because it was so bad). Shower tray not sealed properly so water leaks out. Shower tray overflowed because of a lot of hair in drain hole ( I had to clean as no point calling people at 7am). Bare minimum utensils/crockery in kitchen - only 2 wine glasses, no espresso cups .. explain that in Italy.

In all rooms is an air conditioner but no one of them does not work. The host promise to fix it but didn't fix it. In one bathroom water drains did not work properly, always flooded flor.

Żałuję że wybrałem ten nocleg, zdjęcia w ogłoszeniu nie oddają rzeczywistości
Z elementów, które były na plus dla tego apartamentu:
- garaż podziemny i błyskawiczny dostęp do samochodu,
- sklep spożywczy pod samym blokiem
Niestety nie mogę polecić tego noclegu z następujących powodów:
- drzwi garażowe były popsute - nie dało się zamknąć garażu
- podłoga w mieszkaniu była brudna - po chodzeniu po mieszkaniu skarpetki były całe brudne,
- stan mieszkania ma dużo do życzenia: wybita szafka pod piekarnikiem, odklejone od listwy drzwi do lodówki i do zamrażarki, brak zagłówka między łóżkiem a ścianą (w tej przestrzeni między łóżkiem a ścianą było brudno), okropnie brudna kratka nawiewu od wentylacji, brak światła nad wyjściem na balkon z wetkniętym papierem w miejscu brakującej żarówki, woda wyciekająca na podłogę spod prysznica)
- utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem - bardzo późno otrzymaliśmy instrukcję jak wejść do mieszkania a na moją wiadomość na whatsapp nigdy nie odpisał,
- ktoś w nocy próbował wejść do mieszkania (być może ktoś pomylił drzwi z innym lokalem, nie mniej od tej pory nie czuliśmy się w tym mieszkaniu bezpiecznie),
- bardzo ubogie wyposażenie (brak płynu do mycia naczyń, tylko plastikowe sztućce do patelni (co jest bez sensu, bo łatwo je stopić), była pralka, ale nie było proszku/kostek do prania, brak zapasowych worków na śmieci)

Kiva majoite rauhallisessa Cernobbiossa. Paljon vähemmän hälinää, kuin 5km päässä olevassa Comossa.
Majoituksen sijainti on kiva, ei aivan keskustan hälinässä mutta ei myöskään kaukana palveluista. Läheltä löytyy parikin markettia. Oma autotalli löytyy myös, joten ei tarvitse kyttäillä kadunvarsipysäköintiä.
Ensimmäisen yön jälkeen pyydettiin toista pussilakanaa, koska tarjolla oli vain tuplapeitto ja pussilakana sille ja eihän pohjoisen ihminen pysty nukkumaan saman peiton alla. Varsinkaan kesällä.
Pussilakanaa ei koskaan saatu, vaikka sellainen luvattiin toimittaa. Siitä risuja majoittajalle!

Teleurstellend verblijf – veel gebreken en weinig service
Bij aankomst troffen we helaas meerdere gebreken aan in het appartement:
• Hygiëne: Schimmel op de douchekoppen en een sterk vervuilde afzuigkap in de keuken.
• Meubilair en buitenruimte: Kapotte tuinstoelen maakten buiten zitten onmogelijk. De tuin lag vol rommel.
• Comfort: Het zonnescherm/rolluik in de woonkamer was defect, waardoor het binnen erg warm werd. De airconditioning moest hierdoor continu draaien en begon onaangenaam te ruiken.
• Keukenvoorzieningen: Een deurpaneel was beschadigd. Er was geen standaard koffiezetapparaat aanwezig, enkel een Moka Express.
• Schoonmaakmiddelen: Er was geen stofzuiger of stoffer en blik beschikbaar.
Na contact met de lokale contactpersoon is op de tweede dag extra schoongemaakt (douchekop en afzuigkap). Helaas zijn de overige gebreken niet verholpen.
Gedurende de rest van ons verblijf ontvingen we geen verdere reactie, behalve een bericht waarin werd aangegeven dat er in de drukke zomerperiode niets meer geregeld kon worden. Dit gaf ons het gevoel dat er weinig aandacht was voor gasttevredenheid. Een simpele oplossing, zoals het vervangen van de tuinstoelen, had al veel kunnen verbeteren – zeker gezien het feit dat er direct naast het appartement een winkel zit waar deze verkrijgbaar zijn.
Conclusie: Het appartement voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. De gebrekkige voorzieningen en het gebrek aan service hebben ons verblijf negatief beïnvloed.
Wij zijn door al deze problemen eerder vertrokken dan de geboekte tijd.

Compleet appartement voor een paar dagen bij t Comomeer
Een ruim opgezet appartement met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein en het leuke dorpje Cernobbio op loopafstand en Como op een kwartiertje rijden. Lidl op loopafstand dus elke ochtend verse broodjes!
Appartement ligt aan een erg drukke weg. Helaas was ook niet alles even schoon

Voici une liste : manque de précision pour l'entrée en jouissance du logement. Emplacement de la boîte à clés non signalé.. Emplacement du logement non indiqué, il a fallu sonner à 3 portes avant de trouver la bonne. Notre appel pour infos lors de l'entrée, resté sans réponse.... on a peu apprécié ce manque de respect.

À proximité de Côme pour faire une escale avant de rentrer en France
2 casseroles pour cuisiner, une toute petite pour cuire des spaghettis et la deuxième n’allait pas sur la plaque induction , je recommande vivement aux propriétaire, de venir voir ce qu’il manque en équipement dans son logement, d’autre part, je pense que la location est gérée par une agence, pour ma part, ce sont tout simplement des robots car vous n’avez jamais de réponse à vos questions concernant un problème dans l’appartement, ils vous répondent 24 heures après, mais sur quelque chose qui n’a rien à voir à votre demande

Die Betten waren bequem und die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und sehr sauber

Vše čisté, uklizené. Dobře vybavený apartmán, včetně
myčky a pračky. Pro dva dostatek nádobí. Byt je novostavba ve velmi dobrém stavu, skvělé jsou venkovní rolety a možnost využít zahrádku. Možnost parkování v podzemní zamykatelné garáži. Self-check in je dobře popsaný a proběhl bez problému.
