Villa del Roque, heated pool & luxury in El Roque

WOW !.... an amazing villa..everything you need is included...clean, comfortable, private and cool...showers great, towels a plenty, kitchen top notch, bed sheets great, sofa comfy, garden gets full sun all day....location great for la concha and Lajares.....you can walk to Pescadores for a meal or a short drive to Oum...the pool is heated and just right...mosquitoes present as always, but go prepared..be mindful of accessing/departing villa from main road, caution and two pairs of eyes needed...overall an absolute modern gem.

road noise apparent, but you are minutes away from all you need

Huisje, netjes,ruim voor 3 personen. Genoeg bestek en serviesgoed. Vaatwastablet aanwezig.

Geen airco hadden het verwarmen kunnen gebruiken want was koud , weer slecht, geen badhanddoek slechts 1klein, 1 grotere dus zelf moeten wassen echter geen wasmiddel aanwezig. Ook geen gebruiks- aanwijzing voor de machine.slechts 1 zakje per pedaalemmer, rest moest je kopen. Zwembad te koud om in te gaan. Zonder auto te afgelegen. Geen afvalcontainer in de buurt.

- It was exceptionally clean, modern with a lovely interior. - The outdoor area was perfect, with a great heated pool. - Well equipped, lots of wardrobe space and very comfy beds. - We met the pool man and the Gardner on our arrival who were both lovely and welcoming. - Very private and a great space.

- A fair walk to local amenities but we hired a car which made it only a short drive so no problem.

Road noise is noticeable when sitting outside (it's a main road, mostly whooshing noise - no car horns) Some non-fixed items (for example furnishings and accessories) could be a little higher quality given the overall standard The pool is quite cold in winter, even though it is heated The kitchen hob is a weak point compared to the rest of the kitchen The car port is not obvious at first and takes a bit of finding Limited flat surfaces in bedrooms, so unpacking a suitcase takes a bit of planning - and there's limited space around the beds. From upstairs, not all the time now and I had a thingy clothes off the window window curtain closed. Two of the smaller bedrooms have no built-in storage, with all storage located in the hallway The kitchen bin is located in the washing machine area, which feels like a layout compromise rather than a choice
