We had a wonderful holiday at this villa. The property was very clean and well equipped in a quiet location in the village of El Roque, just 10 minutes from the beaches and town of El Cotillo. It is stylish and modern and has a beautiful secluded terrace area with heated pool a bbq and plenty of seating and areas to relax and sunbathe. The property owner Manuel was very helpful regarding booking and meeting us for handover of keys even on a Sunday afternoon, so a big thank you to him. We were very impressed all around and having stayed in the area several times before, will look to this or one of Manuel's other villas when we come back again.

Fantastic villa very well equipped. The swimming pool was perfect and heated. Loved every second. Air-conditioning would have been the cherry on the cake as very hot at night. Will return 4 stars all day long would be 5 stars with Air-conditioning

The house was amazing, just like on the pictures. It was very well equipped, had everything you could ask for. It's a shame about the pool, it is not heated to we couldn't use it at all. The Jacuzzi was great on the other hand. I also asked about the BBQ in advance (before we made the booking) as my husband loves to BBQ. The gas heated plate looked very disappointing, we didn't use it at all. It would make a big difference if they had a proper BBQ and pool heating (which is in my opinion wouldn't be a huge investment).
Also the neighbors are very close, even though there is a wall so you can't see them, but you can hear them. Me and my husband needed some piece and quiet, this is how we decided on the location, and the people next door had kids who were very loud.
The location is very quiet, you definitely need a car to get around.
