Spacious, but some maintenance, family-friendly features, and the advertised breakfast fell short.

The apartment was spacious, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the building felt secure even though the apartment was on the 1-st floor with controlled access, and having on-site parking close to the entrance was very convenient. Check-in was late at night, and the host was fair to allow a slightly later check-out than stated, which we appreciated.

The bathroom setup was not family-friendly with very small shower that opens inward and no lock to the bathroom door. The kitchen cleanliness and details could be better- crumbs in the cutlery drawer and no tea kettle available. The “included breakfast” was very basic and one juice seemed not suitable for consumption. The living area lacked a normal dining table. It was equipped with high counter and 4 tall chairs which was inconvenient with small children or for groups larger than four. For other guests: the parking is just through the main gate, in the corner. The parking gate opens from the inside, as the key does not always work well from outside. Clear instructions and a marked parking spot would help a lot.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this accommodation because it has many disadvantages that I will detail below: 1. The heat in the apartment is not provided by own central heating system, It is provided by the City community, so you can’t turn on the heat whenever you want, but only when it was turned on by the community City at certain hours of the day and night in the whole town. If you wanted to heat through the AC, you couldn't, because the owner made sure not to leave the AC remote controls at the accommodation. I requested them via whatssapp, but he brought them only the next day. Even so, it was quite useless because although the apartment had AC in each bedroom, it could not be used by more than one because the fuse would trip and you would be left without electricity. So they had to be used only one at a time. 2. You couldn't take a bath when you wanted. We were a group of 6 people. In the bathroom you were allowed to make bath maximum 2 people, then you had to take a break of 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the tank was filled with water again. Then 2 people bathed again, then the 1 hour and 30 minute break. I think you can imagine how long it took 6 people to take a bath.... . 3. I paid for accommodation with breakfast, for 6 persons 3 days, but it wasn't worth paying for breakfast because what we received it couldn’t be called breackfast . We received 5 slices of toast wrapped in foil (with no expiration date, by the way), although we payd for 6 persons, we received a jar of jam, a 1L bottle of orange juice and 6 small cookies. This is supposed to feed 6 people for breakfast for 3 days. It’s a total embarrassment. 4. One day before leaving the accommodation, the owner wrote to us on WhatsApp that we have to pay him 54 euros for city taxes, 3 euros/person per day, although when we made the reservation on Booking it was mentioned that all the fees and taxes are included in the price.

Not much, other than the rooms are spacious.

We were charged up front and not through Booking.Com. So not sure what recourse we have. There was no MEET&GREET, other than Whatsapp contact in day 1 only. The kitchen is crazy small. The furniture is made up of a few basic items. No lounge furniture. Electricity trips continuously if you use 2 or more of the 4 air- conditioners. We were charged for the apartment to be cleaned, it was not cleaned/ serviced during our stay. Some of the items advertised don't exist. A poor value for money stay. The most disappointing of our 6 different accommodations in Italy. I cannot recommend anyone use this.

Very good

Complete appartment is nicely furnished, and big enough for the complete family or group of friends. Everything was clean, kitchen is a bit narrow but has all apliances for cooking.

There is maybe just the living room missing for a more comfortable hang out. Breakfast was prepared in advance, out of bag, so we have went to the store for some fresh ingredients.

Frühstück wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann ist ein Frechheit und eine Gebühr musste auch bezahlt werden. Preis und Leistung überzogen . Vermieter scheint etwas verwirrt zu sein , weis nicht mal was man gebucht hat

Schick, praktisch und toll gelegen

Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit dem Bus waren wir schnell im Centro Storico. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es war alles da, was uns wichtig war. Zwei stylishe, gemütliche Zimmer, ausreichend Platz, um Kleidung zu verstauen und eine kleine, sehr praktische Küche. Den Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es ist schön, es bei Bedarf zu können. Super war, dass wir auf dem Grundstück parken konnten.
