All was nearly perfect, thank you very much !

All was good, according to details and pictures. The descriptions were very clear and detailed. Great parking spot in the city centre, about 5 minutes from the apartment.

If I have to find a fault, the bed was a bit uncomfortable - imo, the mattress was too hard and the pillows too small and soft. I don't want to sound rude or picky, maybe it's just my standards that are different :)

Very good short stay in Chartres. Very central location

Very clean, well decorated and good space

All good except instructions to collect the keys and parking pass. no indication of which street to go to (except for the place j moulin). It took us an hour to work out and navigate the narrow streets. And then we didn’t manage to use the pass (no QR code) so we took a ticket and then had to speak to a member of staff (QPark) who were very helpful. My advice would be to guide people on foot to collect the key.

Great location

Location was great. We could see the spire of the cathedral from our window. The shower was the largest we used in 30 days. 1 block down the street from the cathedral. Furnishings were good. The host drove in to sort out our TV difficulty.

I think its beyond control but the key pickup/luggage procedures were a bit difficult. Our GPS did not work very well in the old city. Streets ended with repair barricades.

Stressful to start with but got there in the end.

Fantastic location and very clean once finally in apartment.

Finding the access on Jean Moulin Place was a nightmare - the instructions via email were very unclear. Lucky someone answered the phone and could talk us through it. Was very stressful.

Perfect apartment for a romantic weekend. The plenty and different lights create the ideal atmosphere for a cozy stay. Furthermore, the location is IN THE MIDDLE of Chartres and right next to the Cathedral and many restourants. Of course also clean and silent, EXCELLENT!

Indications to enter the apartment could be clearer but overall nothing too complicated.

We loved it!

The layout was thoughtful, practical and beautiful without compromising on comfort. It was very peaceful and private, but in a great central location with easy access to all the coffee shops, cathedral and goings-on. Great parking! Really enjoyed our stay.

Initial difficulty getting into the flat. Lack of instructions for cooker and coffee machine. "City view" was backyards and roofs seen by standing on a chair!

Very centrally located near to the cathedral and to shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable - really good bed. It had everything I needed and felt safe for a solo traveller.

Nice flat but other issues spoilt the stay

Very comfortable, clean and modern flat. Good to have a parking space if you need it although not so close to property.

Stay was spoilt by an issue with intercom used by neighbour several times during the night. Entrance corridor from street to inner courtyard was dirty. For info, steps to the entrance are narrow and would be it difficult to someone with mobility issues.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Great location. Very central. Very cute and comfortable accommodation with everything I needed: kitchen facilities, washing machine, separate bedroom and bathroom. Everything I needed was close by: restaurants, shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, Cathedral, sightseeing.

There was an issue with a blocked drain in the bathroom which took a while to be resolved. The advertised "city views" was of a spire of the cathedral through a small window in the bedroom and the advertised balcony was a thoroughfare for the upper apartments and overlooked by the surrounding apartments. These weren't issues as such, and certainly didn't affect the overall comfort of the excellent accommodation, but I was expecting an outlook of some sort due to the advertising. Also note that the steps to the apartment make it difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Une promenade à travers l'histoire

L'appartement était proche du centre, propre et calme. La cuisine était bien équipée et les chambres étaient assez spacieuses.

L'appartement manque de lumière et il y a peu de fenêtres. Pour aérer, car il faisait très chaud, l'odeur de la terrasse et de l'escalier sale (saleté de pigeons) pénétrait par la porte du balcon. Il faudrait plus d'indications pour accéder à l'entrée en voiture ; nous n'avons pas pu passer le contrôle de sécurité.

Seul bon point : la localisation / pour le reste : très mauvaise gestion.

- l'emplacement de l'hébergement : proche de la Cathédrale, des commerces et des restaurants - la déco

- l'absence de chauffage à notre arrivée puis un radiateur sur 2 qui ne fonctionnait pas : il nous a fallu 36h pour atteindre 16°C. - le manque de professionnalisme des gérants : appel de notre part à notre arrivée, m'indique qu'il verra le lendemain pour nous fournir un chauffage d'appoint, nous passons donc la nuit dans le froid. Le chauffage d'appoint arrivera finalement par l'intermédiaire de la femme de ménage à notre départ (au bout de 48 heures). - l'appareil à raclette sur place faisait sauter le courant - mauvaises odeurs venant des canalisations

Séjour globalement agréable et satisfaisant

L'atout de l'appartement est la chambre, belle déco, très réconfortante et literie confortable. Beaucoup de choses à disposition : vaisselle, vaisselle jetable, machine à laver et lessive. Ce qui était très bien et non négligeable aussi c'était les radiateurs réglables à notre guise. Très bonne connexion internet.

L'allée pour accéder à logement (entre le bas du bâtiment et la porte de l'appartement) ne donne pas envie. L'agence n'était pas assez disponible sur l'application. Il aurait fallu indiquer que le service se faisait selon les horaires de l'agence, et que personne n'était dispo le week-end... Nous nous sommes retrouvées sans accès à la télé, et les services promis (recharge de papier de toilette, de gel douche/shampoing, serviette, thé) pour compenser les désagréments auxquels nous avons fait face pendant notre séjour n'ont pas pu être honorés. Très dommage. Déçue également sur la propreté du salon et vaisselle. Néanmoins cette location avait un très bon potentiel et on s'y sent très bien.

El ingreso a la zona es sumamente complica do, para salir tuvimos que caminar 5 cuadras con 4 maletas porque no se nos habilitó la barrera. El departamento no tenia suficiente luz natural, y el estado del edificio sucio y deplorable.

La taille de l'hébergement, situation géographique, parking sous terrain inclus qui est un gros plus, WiFi et box complète, lit confortable

Correspondait à mes attentes car conformes aux photos, MAIS... La boîte à clé marchait (très) mal, mais je précise que l'hôte s'est déplacé vite suite à mon message (après 19h). Appart "sonore", on entend les petsonnes rentrer tardivement dans l'immeuble et qd les gens au-dessus tirent la chasse d'eau, ça fait 1 vrai ramdam! Pas mal de choses mises bout à bout qui rendent cet appart pas si accueillant : Du sopalin, une vraie bouteille de liquide vaisselle (et pas que 2 petites dosettes) seraient bienvenus. Il n'y avait pas de dosette à café d'accueil (1 ou 2) ni, à défaut, de cafetière classique. Rangements pas pratiques, dans la cuisine, ils sont très haut et les étageres sont toutes occupées par la vaisselle, et pourtant je mesure 1m74. Idem dans salle de bain, j'ai pris 1 tabouret haut pour pouvoir poser ma trousse de toilette. Livres, guides, plan de Chartres etc seraient aussi bienvenus. Assez frais, les radiateurs chauffent pas trop, j'ai fini par laisser le volet fermé en journée pour ne pas trop laisser partir la chaleur.
