Easy and comfortable

It took me a while to understand exactly where the apartment door was, but that may be the difference between country’s.

Chartres on a budget

We liked the location which is a short walk to the cathedral etc. The apartment has secure parking which is another bonus in a city. It is a compact basement apartment but there are large windows to let in light and air. The kitchen is a rather small but okay for simple meal preparation with a bit of juggling tasks. There's plenty of hot water for showers but you have to bring your own towels and soap. Communication with the owners was fine though we had to ask the number of the apartment as we hadn't been told that and there was no number on the key.

A basement wouldn't have been our first choice though it was good value. It's near to the front door which other residents let bang shut and carpark gate opening both of which are audible though can be ignored unless you're very sensitive to noises. Other than that it was a quiet place to spend a few nights after enjoying the attractions of Chartres.

Studio ok pour une nuit en période de chauffage

Le studio est très propre et très bien situé : 300m du Colisée et de la gare, 800m de la cathédrale et du centre ville. On peut tout faire a pied. Stationnement facile. Déco sympa. Wifi OK. Studio calme et bien agencé.

Studio peu lumineux car le studio est en entresol (1 étage en dessous du rdc) et en plus une des deux ampoules du lampadaire était absente! Tuyau de douche à remplacer car l'eau s'échappait juste avant le pommeau, rendant la pression encore plus faible. Pas de chauffage! pourquoi ne pas le préciser dans l'annonce qu'avant le 15 octobre il n'y en à pas ? il faisait donc froid dans le studio et encore plus quand vous prenez une douche. La TV ne fonctionne pas car pas de signal. Quand j'ai réclamé on m'a dit de bouger le câble et que la TV était relié à l'antenne collective et que la Box ne pouvait être redémarrée puisqu'il n'y en avait pas !! si il n’y a pas de box, comment fonctionne la wifi ? Personne n'est venu pour mettre en service la TV. Stationnement payant dès 8h du matin (6€ les 2 heures). Une multiprise a coté du lit serait la bienvenue pour charger son téléphone. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain. Stationnement payant dès 8h du matin

Tout s'est bien passé. Ce studio a répondu à mon attente.

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans ce studio. Très calme. Le propriétaire m'a bien guidée au téléphone afin de pouvoir rentrer.

Lokalizacja ok- 10-15min spacerem do Katedry. W czasie mojego pobytu nawet bylo cicho, moze tylko pierwszego dnia slychac bylo nieustanne trzaskanie drzwiami wejsciowymi. Brak izolacji, wiec wszystko slychac. Mieszkanie położone w piwnicy -aktualnie trwa remont fasady, wiec materiały budowlane zasłaniały resztę światła z zewnątrz,. Mieszkanie male-okolo 12m2, ale na nocleg wystarczajace. Poza tym przebywałam dużo na zewnątrz. Łóżko wygodne.

Zapach pieśni. Najbardziej wyczuwalny w łazience i przy otwarciu szafek kuchennych. To niestety psuje cały efekt mieszkania. Dlatego najchętniej przebywałam poza mieszkaniem. Problem z parkingiem- wynajmujący poinformowal mnie, że parking bedzie niedostępny, ale że mozna zaparkowac na ulicy. Za 2 noce musiałam zapłacić ponad 30e za parking, bo na tej ulicy nie było możliwości parkowania, a uliczki obok były zajęte. A co ciekawe miejsce parkingowe apartamentu-405- nie było blokowane przez materiały budowlane tylko przez inne auto. Kuchnia dostępna, ale nawet nie było kubeczkow na herbate! No i zapach pieśni:(. Za to duży plus -ściereczka kuchenna :). Ostatecznie za 2 noce plus parking prawie 140euro za 1 osobę to dużo za dużo :/

Leuk appartementje ingericht met kleine meubels waardoor het heel ruim leek.

Maar in één hoek van de kamer was verlichtingspunt. Gelukkig was het een staande lamp die ik een paar keer verplaatst heb al naar gelang de plek waar ik licht om te lezen nodig had.

Chartes war ein Besuch wert

Das Apartment war in Stadtnähe. Ich konnte zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Da es sehr heiß war, hatte das Kellerapartment einen Vorteil. Ich hatte mein Tablet liegenlassen und konnte es auf dem Rückweg abholen, obwohl ich 15 Minuten später ankam. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Apartment war im Keller und hatte einen Lichtschacht. Bei Hitze ein Vorteil. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr schwierig. Ich habe diese Methode nicht gekannt und dafür war die Beschreibung nicht ausreichend.
