フロントに人がいないので電話などで連絡しなければならないのでしたが，担当の方（中野さん）が大変親切にしてくださり，感動しました．また，御茶ノ水から近いところですが，比較的安価でした．エアコンのフラップが故障していると思われるのですが，黒色のビニールテープで吊上げる補修（暫定処置？）がしてあり爆笑しました．お陰で一日の疲れが吹き飛びました．
仕事をする机が欲しかったです（今思い返せば，床に座ればテレビ下のボードが机になったのかもしれませんが・・・）．

I liked the location, the hosts were very nice. It was clean and generally comfortable. there is a kitchen with a refrigerator
It was quite chilly. We had a very drafty window, and the owners tried to help later: they taped the windows shut, but it didn't help much. During the colder hours, it's better to replace the windows with ones that will retain heat. We were on the first floor.

安かったところ。
遮光カーテンだが、丈が短いので枕元に光が漏れて眠れない。反対向きで寝た。ドアが電子キーだが、共通の番号かもしれない。チェーンもないため、不安で物音で起きてしまう。
