The host was very attentive and helpful, he made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay.
There is no elevator, but they help you carry the luggage.

The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming, responsive, and kind. They helped us throughout our entire stay with logistics of traveling with a baby, including ensuring our room was fully stocked and cleaned. They also provided everything needed for baby supplies and equipment.
The staff helped us with luggage forwarding and personally accompanied us to ship our luggage at convenience store to make sure we were taken care of.
The room was a great apartment-style unit with washer/dryer and very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchenette had everything we needed and some extra supplies as well.
We couldn’t thank the staff more for a wonderful stay. We would definitely come again!

La chambre était propre et la machine a laver est appréciable. Très bonne communication avec la gérante. Très bon emplacement. Logement parfait pour 2 en ajoutant une table mais pas pour 4.
Pas de fenêtre. Logement bruyant : bruit de rue, bruit des voisins lorsqu’ils empruntent les escaliers ( la chambre est sous l’escalier) et le pire était le bruit et la vibration du métro. Nous sommes tellement proche que nous entendions et on sentait le métro passé sous la chambre. Bizarre, aucuns commentaires ne le signalaient. Manque une table et des chaises. Nous avons mis une petite table entre les lits mais à 4 c’est vraiment limite et si des personnes manquent de mobilité. Dommage car il est mignon.
