Spacious, amenities and facility are good and clean.
But I would like to specially commend Henry for his excellent service. He was very helpful, multilingual, and consistently provided useful recommendations. He also took the initiative to follow up and even helped me plan my activities and transportation for my return to KL, which I truly appreciated.
I would also like to recognize the lady staff who took over after Henry’s shift. She ensured that our taxi was securely booked and accompanied us all the way until we safely boarded. Her care and attentiveness gave us great assurance.
Overall, the service was outstanding, and the team went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and comfortable. I will definitely return in the future.

The staff were all very friendly except for one. The guy with moles on the cheek. He was very rude and disrespectful. But other than that, all the other staff were very pleasant and kind.

There is a convenience store in front, and the hotel is close to subway stations. The hotel is kid-friendly, and the staff are kind. Overall, our stay was a very good experience. We will definitely stay here again.
